They had to resend my medication because Customs confiscated it. They do not tell you that your medication can be confiscated. They do not resend it right away they make you wait another 10 days to reship the medication. When you call for an update customer service hangs up on you and they do not have the courtesy to call you back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

Online ordering was simple and easy. I would have preferred to use a credit card and not give my account details, but so far seems to be worth the concern. The prices are similar to other pharmacies not in the US and will save us quite a bit.

Your website does not complete payment transactions when reuested. Previous experiences have been frustrating when the website does not complete the payment transaction and I have to engage a live agent in order to process payment. Resulting in double charged in the past when the website completed payment recognition days later...

website very wonky. VERY difficult to tell when successful. Messages NOT encouraging or clear once uploads are made. Also, the window which asks for payment has NO indication of total $ due or of order #, yet both are required on the check that must be written and uploaded at that step. Lots of annoying aspects.
