Ever changing delivery date…

All week my package said it would arrive December 29, then it said, December 30 and then, December 31 and now January 2! What’s the point of saying a delivery time when clearly they have no intention of sticking to it. They’re all a bunch of lazy government workers collecting a fortune. I will never use Canada post again.

This company charged me $24 for priority mail that promised 1 day delivery time, to deliver a small size card from ottawa to mississauga on December 29th, 2025. The tracking showed me that it should be delivered on December 30, second time I checked it changed tge delivery day to January 2nd, 2025.

Canada Post is by far the worst courier…

Canada Post is by far the worst courier service in North America maybe the entire world. They never get your mail to you on time and constantly change the expected date. Why can other companies get their stuff delivered on time but they are consistently late.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Don't send valuable items if you don't want to loose your money. The package simply "disappeared" in their Montreal center. It's like dealing with a third-world country company. Impossible to speak to anyone in customer service except a robot. A total disaster.

Utter and complete trash mail service

Utter and complete trash mail service. They have now recently delivered two of my packages at the wrong address. They claim no responsibility for it. They laughed at me on the phone because nothing can be done to hold them accountable. On top of them constantly crying about how hard their job is and how they are underpaid then going on strike they have become the worst postal service in the country. Deliver the packages correctly and stop crying. Loads of people have it way worse and would love to have your job.

Another lost item

I ordered a pair of pants as a Christmas present. It was accepted by the post office on December 2,2025.Leaving from Montreal to Calgary. I called several times and they would not let me put in a service ticket to try to trace. Their was no tracking information since the December 2 drop off. Recieved three notices of delivery that was cancelled and at the end of each day and a new one issued three times. Finally on the 11th of December they allowed a service ticket and I again had to wait till the 18 of December to go to the next step . Received a notice that the item cannot be found and now I have to wait for the company to file as it is only the sender that will get the refund. I cannot believe that they could not find the item in Mercier Quebec as it never showed it left the post office their. Now I have to wait for a refund and also try to find something else for Christmas to give as the company has no more in the size I needed I cannot even purchase another. Its time that Canada post be sold off , our tax monies are being used to keep this company afloat that is losing millions daily. They could care less how many items they lose or how their incompetence affects the reciever.

Liars at Post Canada

Try to avoid Post Canada at all costs
They are going to be late and then they are going to lie to your face saying it’s not their fault
They drag and drag with shipment and don’t care about you
But they want raise but don’t deserve them
And when I see them on strike I just give them the middle finger nobody needs them anymore everything should be on line and them on line for welfare………🙌

Avoid at all costs

This is (by far - second to none) the most incompetent postal service I have seen, I have been to third world countries where I have experienced higher degrees of professional integrity. Avoid really at all and any costs, this company should be dismantled for incompetence - I made (with my mom) the mistake of submitting a small document which was important, the first one was not delivered, I sent it again this time paying (north of $25) for tracking services, and 30!!! days later and the document is not only anywhere to be found, but the people at the counter cannot help me, the telephone line is nothing but useless (really) guidance that makes you waste your time, and if you are patient enough (like I was) to speak with an agent, the agent will tell you that they have no information, and invite you to go search on the web see if you can find more information. Imagine that, the employee (paid a salary, who also took my $25 for the service of a "one sheet" envelope) telling you that they cannot do anything, but you should go and fetch on the internet see what you might find. The degree of uselessness, the absence of any form of professional interest or even integrity, and the overall professional ineptitude (after 30 days absolutely zero delivery) is truly abysmal to say the least, especially in 2025 (entering 2026) with all the bar codes and all the internet and every web follow-up and electronic means available. This company should be immediately dismantled and placed out of business - because it really renders society incompetent.

Is Canada Post a delivery company?

Why can a delivery company not actually deliver items?
When it's Canada Post of course. Not only does it take almost 10 days to come from Ontario to BC, but instead of an actual delivery I get a card that says I have to wait another day and pick it up at a depot.
Of course why would a company like Cuisinart actually use Canada Post? They obviously hate their customers too.
I'm a disabled senior and having to get to the depot is difficult, not sure why I deserve this torture.

Bad service Canada post

My items stuck with no updates for 7 days and when I chat with them they said that they are sorry and they can not help with this issue because they don't know why my package stuck there for more than 7 days and still not presented for clearance, I chatted with many agents but they are rushing to close the conversation even my problem was not solved. Right now I prefer to pay more money to use FedEx or UPS.
