Canada post is an embarrassment as the…
Canada post is an embarrassment as the national postal service. Their service is atrociously slow, riddled with mistakes, delays and completely unaccountable for their many many mistakes.
Great customer service at Rexall in Southgate Mall
The lady working at the Canada Post counter in Rexall Drugstore in Southgate Mall, Kyrie...took the time out of her busy schedule to help me set up my flexdelivery...so it would be more convenient for me to pick up my Amazon packages...we definitely need more people like Kyrie in this world!
Canada post does not care about its…
Canada post does not care about its customers , only the money, once they get you're money they put you on the back burner . I ordered a parcel 15 days ago that was supposed to be 2 days delivery. Just says delayed . Ill never use Canada post shipping again, by all the one star reviews on here Canada post should wake up or stay on strike next time .
What WORLD do you live in Canada Post
What WORLD do you live in Canada Post - Peru, France, and numerous other countries cannot send a tracked parcel to CANADA, simply because you tracking system doesn't allow certain letters in front? You also don't provide PROOF OF DELIVERY to mailboxes - why not? Even third world countries are doing this. How pathetic you are. This company should be investigated and shut down.
Canada post is one of the worst carrier…
Canada post is one of the worst carrier on the whole earth.
If you dont have to use them just dont, YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF A BIG HEADACHE.
These guys cant get delivery right not to mention they are on strike 355 days in a year.
Worst service-zero stars
If I could give a zero I would do it. We spent money to send a gift to my parents. Unknown to us, they forwarded their mail to the US. But we’re home when we sent the package. They never tried to contact us or drop it off. My parents have lots of parcels left and a friend brings them inside if they are away. They sent the package back to our post office. When my husband went to discuss the situation, they said to get the package back (that they never tried to deliver) we would need to pay another $30. More than the cost of shipping and the cost of the calendar. I will never use Canada post again. From now on only Purolator. Worst service ever!!!!
Does not support the workers
Does not support the workers, citing bad service and negative impact on small businesses
These people are useless
These people are useless ! Bday gift not arrived on time that was supposed to cause they are playing with their dildo's and not delivering. If I had a choice I would never choose Canada Post. I send many packages never through them because they are losers!
How The Mighty Has Fallen
A couple of years ago I would've given CPC 4/5, but ever since SSD started I have both parcels and lettermail being delayed on a regular basis.
Frequent discussions with my Delivery Agent uncover a workplace where routes are overassessed, and carriers are worked to exhaustion, leaving mail to sit until the next day or the day after that.
CEO Doug Ettinger is so, very obviously dismantling this, once proud, corporation.
Canadians deserve better!
Useless service
The most recent disappoinment is neither my best friend nor myself received our Christmas cards. I know it's not a tragedy, but still!! I mailed hers 2 weeks before Christmas, and she hasn't received it yet (today is Jan 7/25), and she mailed mine just before Christmas, and nothing. It's not like there was a gift card in either of them for someone to steal either! That happened 2 years ago! We all do digitial gift cards now. What bothers me is how Canada Post always wants more money, but they can't do their job! This is pathetic! Mail used to be reliable. Not any more.
Terrible and incompetent CP services
I was changing my mobile phone provider and my new SIM card was sent, without even being asked of course, with who else but Canada Post...These people have a "pattern" of stricking yearly and asking for more money and better employment contracts, when in fact the quality of their services to both residential and business customers is GARBAGE.
I was given a tracking number, was advised that the letter with my new SIM card will arrive between 8 AM to 12 PM. That time came and went, I called CP and was told, that they will deliver my mail today, as their schedule is up to 8 PM.
Then if that is your schedule, it makes sense, to let me know that the delivery time is 12 hours, from 8 AM to 8 PM. After more time wasted and being overly frustrated, I called again closer to 8 PM and was told that my package due to an error was returned by 6:05 PM...bs, bs, bs lies "concocted" by an incompetent carrier.
Better sell this service to a private business, to "woop it in place", cut all the unjustified salary's increases demands, when it's clear that these people only have a job, that is to deliver the mail and they absolutely can't do it. I don't go to my employer and ask to have my salary increased yearly, if my work is not completed to the standards expected.
Is nobody reviewing the employees of Canada Post as it seems to me, that this business is like a "wild horse" running with no clear direction, in all the possible ways, really hurting all types of customers with their incompetence and demanding attitudes and not delivering what they're paid to do, which is to deliver the mail.
Worse issue for me is, that I started to put the new phone number on documents and I won't be able to take any calls, since no new SIM card in the mail being delivered in the time frame already advised by CP itself.
CP has made an "error" due to icy roads in Toronto and refused to drive and deliver the mail given in their care. If they were to do it between 8 AM and 12 PM as they were initially advising me, the weather and roads were clear.
We should all unite and boycott CP so it will really go bankrupt, being bought and reshaped by somebody who knows the business of delivering mail and parcels in time, with no attitude, delays or union involved....
Why am I paying
Why am I paying custom charges for a product I got free shipping from? My friend bought the exact same product as me at the exact same time. He got his products sent to his home and I have to pay extra for no reason.
$260.00 package lost
The parcel I sent (value CDN$260) was lost. I was compensated for the original postage (about $25.00) and received a cursory apology. I don't recommend Canada Post for handling any parcel deliveries. They cannot be trusted. Negative value for money.
Registered air mail undelivered!
Sent registered air mail November 30, 2025 to family in South America. The postal clerk said because of the last postal strike it could take up to 2 weeks for your registered air mail to get to its destination. Today is January 5, 2026 and our family has not received what we sent them.
If there was another mail courier, I would use them and not Canada post.
I opened a ticket for Canada Post to…
I opened a ticket for Canada Post to reroute an eBay package from and old address to my new address because the eBay seller sent it to my old address. Follow up on my ticket didn’t happen and it caused me a lot of headaches. I ended having go to the Canada Post office located in the neighborhood of my old address to retrieve my package. Canada Post’s communications to me were non-existent and the entire situation caused me a lot of confusion and headaches. This was a very important package for me to receive, and Canada Post really let me down.
Trash
Trash. I absolutely cannot wait for the whole organization to be shut down and everyone there to lose their job
In all the places I have lived combined…
In all the places I have lived combined I have never had so many parcels and cards go missing. It’s absolutely ridiculous. DO BETTER.
Delivery are never once on time
Delivery are never once on time, never trust the expected delivery time on the site, though at least they get delivered eventually.
Ever changing delivery date…
All week my package said it would arrive December 29, then it said, December 30 and then, December 31 and now January 2! What’s the point of saying a delivery time when clearly they have no intention of sticking to it. They’re all a bunch of lazy government workers collecting a fortune. I will never use Canada post again.
