All is well until problem happened due to coronavirus, refuse to refund our package holidays cost, we have to claim back from our insurance, but our insurance refuse to pay the airport tax, was advice is travel agents responsibilities to claim back from airline and refund us. By law travel agent should refund the whole cost.
They took our money and where is all gone?

Been travel with them, but would not again.

Just returned from 17 day trip, which included 3 nights in Toronto, plus trip to Niagara Falls, 2 nights in Banff with trip to Colombia Icefields, 2 days train journey on The Rocky Mountaineer, and a week's cruise to Alaska.It was to be the holiday of a lifetime, and it lived up to expectation!Right from booking the staff were very helpful, and always prompt to answer queries.The trip itself went like clockwork, the hotels were lovely, and the cruise with Holland America a lovely contrast to a busy first week!Memories to treasure. We highly rate this company!

I booked our ski holiday with Adam, who has booked our previous holidays. The organisation was perfect and they sorted everything for us! Very impressed and had an amazing time!

From my first phone call to my last my experience was first class. For a start you don't have to deal with robots. You speak with a real person from the start and that real person knows their stuff. All my arrangements went like clockwork. I shall definitely be booking with Canadian Sky again

Well done Roy Gasson who organised our Polar Bear trip to Churchill. Flew Canada Air to Winnipeg via Montreal. Overnight at the airport Four Seasons. Met our Guide who was superb through out the week. Charter to Churchill. Town tour stopping at the museum. Wonderful examples of Inuit carvings. Two Tundra Buggy tours to view the Polar bears. Viewed and filmed about 15 bears, some really close to the buggy. Tundra Hotel, basic but comfortable with no frills. Food, once again basic but excellent. Dog sled ride was exhilarating and fun. Back via Winnipeg, staying overnight. Two hour visit to the city before flying home via Calgary to Heathrow. One of our best holidays ever.

Just returned from Canadian Rockies tour, the third time we've used Canadian Sky for trips to Canada, each time we've tailored holidays to suit us, changing hotels or time spent in different locations, different to tours on website and every time Canadian Sky have been very good at sorting for us, no hiccups or problems.
If travelling self drive you will need park passes for the National parks (these are free this year for Canada 150 celebrations) we picked ours up from our first hotel but they can be picked up at many places.
We also purchased a GyPSy guide for our routes and these are worth the cost as you get your own guide along the routes, pointing out sights as you approach and giving you information as you drive along. They can be used in flight mode and cost no data.

i would highly recommend this company to everyone who is looking for the perfect holiday everything went like clockwork from begining to end amazing amazing holiday and everyone so lovely and helpfull

Just returned from a self Drive tour of the rockies and the west coast of Canada. We were a bit nervous about trying this type of holiday with kids in toe... but my what a wonderful time we've all had! Canada is such a beautiful country and the people we met along the way were so friendly and helpful!

We started in Calgary and then hopped vis kannaskis, Banff, jasper, sun peaks, Harrison hot springs, Victoria on vancouver island and then Vancouver - what a holiday of contrasts - 3 cities, rockies and their mountain resorts, ski resort and lakeside resorts . We were never bored and akwats plenty to see and explore! Wish we'd stayed on Vancouver island longer as 2 nights notenough!

Roy was fantastic from the first moment of contact. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and even gave us restaurant and activity recommendations. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and they were willing to go above and beyond to help us have a fantastic holiday. I would highly recommend Canadian Sky.

I enquired via email about a trip I saw advertised online. Roy, Canadian Sky, was not only quick to respond but advised us and did not push us into making a decision immediately but supplied us further information so that we could make a decision on our 'possible' holiday itinerary.
After deciding to book, again Roy was very helpful to ensure all was correct to our wishes. We were later informed that a hotel was unfortunately fully booked and ,as we later found, the alternative hotel was of excellent quality and did not in any way effect the enjoyment of our holiday.
This was the first time I used CanadianSky, we received a pack of vouchers and an itinerary prior to our departure. I had no problem with car hire or hotels when showing the vouchers as reference, all was thus a stress free relaxation period for my wife and I.
We are considering using CanadianSky again to book a similar holiday so can thoroughly recommend their services.

Just returned from a family ( 2 adults ,2 teenagers) holiday to Vancouver & Vancouver Island . All booked via Canadian Sky. First experienced using the company so unsure what to expect. . They put together a travel plan and booked all the hotels. The hotels were of a high standard and exceeded our expectations. The whole process of booking was very easy , would highly recommended the company and would definitely used them again.

The booking experience was a breeze and the staff extremely helpful...nothing was too much trouble. If they didn't know or were unsure they would check first and then let you know very quickly so the information was accurate. We were upgraded in both vehicle and also Hotel and all the choices were very good. The Tour we took was well planned, easy to follow and covered exactly where we wanted to go. Brilliant and thank you. Our Holiday thanks to Canadian sky was a delight.

The are competively priced and good value for money. The standard of service and information given has been first class. The hotels are of a very good standard throughout the Western Wonders superior tour. Excellent trip.
