After reading reviews,I was very dubious that I would receive my order.My order arrived quickly and well packed,l can only say my experience was great.

Horrendous experience! Ordered something in time for December 1st but it didn't arrive. I requested a refund then had to chase for over a week to even get a response to my email. Stupidly ordered something else and am in exactly the same position. Won't order again or recommend to friends and family

I’ve give in with this company I ordere 4 candle . None arrived I chased relentlessly by email and nothing not one reply….had to chase PayPal for a refund still outstanding. AVOIDE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!

Brilliant I was worried when I read the reviews that I was being scammed but my parcel turned up in 3 days and they responded to my email in a few ours. Candles are in perfect condition. Very happy would definitely recommend and buy agian

Wish I could read these comments and see instagram account ( not active since 2022) Website look professional.so I ordered an advent calendar Yankee candLes.
I've got quick emails about my order number and it dispatched and got tracking number.BUT the problem is Spanish custom's requires declaration documents so my parcel can travel to my address.They don't respond to my emails! Or no phone number for costumer service ..so you are completely STUCK!! So my parcel is being held at customs in Madrid because only them can provide the missing declaration documents for the parcel..now other problem I found Is that we must contact them for a return before we want to return! So HOW Can I contact them if they won't reply to their emails!!?? learnt my lesson Always check social media accounts too..I didn't!If I would seen the comments I wouldn't order from them! because if I won't receive a package I will loose my money too!

I was worried about ordering as there were a number of concerning reviews, but there were enough positive reviews for me to take a chance (though I paid with PayPal to cover myself, just in case).
Everything was great, I can't fault them. I recieved a despatched notification the day after I ordered, three days later my order was delivered by Royal Mail (ordered on the 10th August, delivered on the 14th).
I had ordered two medium sized candles and two reed diffusers. Everything in the order was correct, and packaged well to avoid damage.
