After applying for a role on the C&M website, Lisa called me and had a good discussion with me to find out more about my background and what work I was looking for. Later the same day, she got back in touch about a role that was a PERFECT fit for me, but she said that they were already on their final interviews. Not only did she get me a last minute interview with them, but she made sure that I had everything I needed to be prepared and ready. My experience is similar to Fero (Disappointment title dated July 2022, replied to 1 year later)!!!

Contacted C&M about November last year (2022), and had an initial call back saying my details were being sent out to her colleagues with my requirements.

Received a call from one of these colleagues a few days later with a job no way close to what I wanted.

Have never heard from anyone at C&M since, yest receive emails about jobs.

Finally saw a job I was interested in today and called the number I had. I knew it wasn't the point of contact for the job, and boy could you tell when I asked for someone else!

Got through to the point of contact, who had no idea who I was even though C&M send me their current jobs.

Absolutely pathetic! I hope whichever company has this vacancy sees this (very tempted to use job description and reference) and has alternative options to find the right staff.

The team were very good. They were interested in me and me my goals.

So I reached out to Rachel as always.

CM travel, via the recruiter, Tim, was a great help along the full process: from the first contact until the onboarding. Very much professional and supportive.

For years they have sent me job descriptions, reached out to advertise the role which I have expressed my interest - after that I never hear back from them... As if none of it had ever happened. No feedback, no updates, nothing.

It is cruel to one who is really in need of a new job.

Would it hurt to provide an update even if unsuccessful?

In every job communication is key! I wonder how you communicate to your clients if this is the way you headhunt?
