Unacceptable, uncaring, unprofessional after sales service.

Induction hob few months old didn't work initially then did now broken down again a week ago. Rang kitchen fitter and C D A they promised a repair on the Monday. Monday they rang to say engineer ill so would be this Friday between one and four o'clock. Ten past three they rang to say engineer could not come as his son was ill and he was with him. Now they say next week Wednesday another repair company will come. Do I believe them? NO. Customer care is rubbish as far as I am concerned they should remove this heap of junk and fit a new one that works.
