The worst service I’ve ever been too

The worst service I’ve ever been too. I’ve used Australian access clinics in the past they gave no headache prescribed me right away and I was on medicinal cannabis within 3 days. With candor however. I thought I’d use candor as the ui seemed easy to use and order from. Instead of actually being useful. The doctor there told me that I shouldn’t have thc only cbd after I suffer From everything that’s under cannabis treatment I lost my dad when I was young and my girlfriend died when I was 15 I’ve been through a lot of stuff just to be told by an unqualified doctor that they think I need something else. Wasted my money for nothing and I’ll never do it again thanks to candor. Will just go back to Australian access clinics. Atleast the doctors aren’t wanna be doctors there.

I recommend Candor

The sign up process and initial consultation were extremely fast and efficient, Drs are extremely thorough and helpful even going out of their way to find information, products and services to suit your needs.

The site layout is easy to understand and navigate, the range of products is immense and customer service is incredibly knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues, I had a glitch of sorts and couldn't access a page, I messaged about it and it was fixed within the hour without delay.

Overall I rate Candor a 5/5 and definitely recommend their services, I haven't considered changing providers since I signed up and don't see that changing any time soon.

The service seems good at the start.

The service seems good at the start.

But after you provide all your details, there is a waiting process for them to action reviewing your assessment. Ofcourse they take payment beforehand. However, they did not do anything for 3 weeks and only responded once per 24hrs, so clearly in an inconvenient and alternate timezone to Australia. Im disappointed that i paid a consultation fee for nothing. Until this is a local, Australian service, dont waste your time.

Wait time are long but they are understaffed so you can’t blame them and I have had some issue with candor but so far I have all my questions answered and issues resolved so I believe they are actually trying to make a difference which makes them better then the rest and Leigh the practice manger has been extremely helpful and will spend the time doing her best to help you

Candor has changed my life

Candor has changed my life!

For ten years I was dependant on opiates for pain relief from my chronic sciatica and spinal stenosis. Last year I decided to give medical cannabis a shot as I had nothing left to lose and it has truly changed my life!

The entire experience with Candor was thorough but easy enough, I really respect they take care with your initial assessment and suitability for medical cannabis, more so than other telehealth providers out there. Dr Beckett started me on a very solid treatment plan, initially I was a bit resistant but after 2 months I am officially opiate free and my kids and wife finally have their old dad back.... the pain is never a zero but its easier to manage and I now have the ability to work through it... I have started exercising and dieting again, now lost around 22kg and almost in health BMI again.

Yes, Candor is a little slower than some other clinics, but if you are on top of your scripts and plan ahead a week or so its never an issue. Also I would prefer my clinic takes the time to assess and prescribe according to best practices rather than just churning scripts as most others do.

Thankyou Dr Beckett, Dr Sam and the rest of the team at Candor. I cannot stress how grateful I am that I found such an amazing and caring bunch of people, thankyou <3

Paying For Consults & Unable To Order

I’m sick of paying for consults and then not able to order because of system problems. Also had the pharmacy accusing me of picking up the items when a month later they agreed they had marked it off by accident and forgot to send it. I’m trying a different company because this is not reliable and is just costing money for consults without the ability to order because of delays and system problems.

My experience with candor has been awesome

My experience with candor has been nothing but positive since day 1. The messaging with the doctor/nurse works really well with my schedule. Between working and school, scheduling dr appointments can be quite difficult. With candor that really not an issue for me anymore.

The nurses have always been super helpful and pleasant. The doctors have been unbelievably helpful with their suggestions and recommendations.

I’d really recommend these guys for anyone looking.

Being the first and only clinic I’ve…

Being the first and only clinic I’ve gone too they’ve made a good impression against the competition. Dr Lisa is wonderful and it’s a humanising experience talking to her, rather than being met with a bot like chat room. Nothing but helpful and happy to adjust and cater to my personal needs.

Professional, Trustworthy and Caring

Straightforward process through the website; any issues or questions I had were responded to quickly. I prefer the online consultations, for me being able to reflect and write was better than face to face conversation. It is also very convenient!
Dr Lisa is always professional, caring and helpful.

What a waste of time and money

27April Filled out questionnaire paid $100.00, April 28 Automated welcome, May 1 email asking for consent form for Doctor re history send to Nurse or dashboard when done, I replied filled out what next as there was no address, don't know dashboard, over the next week emails re questions Candor asking for form, me replied seven times asking please help how to send form eventually on May 8 they replied with email address to send it. I am eighty years old with chronic pain paying for help, I wasted over a week asking help, cannot waste any more time, wasted money from pension that I could have used somewhere else.

Life changing

I tend to play down my conditions and thought you could only get MC if your on your death bed. I am not good a verbalising so being able to write it down was great. I was honest about already using and they were nothing but helpful when I asked to try CBD.
