Canyon Legal Group has been representing me since December 2018. I received another letter from lawyers stating I was getting sued. I forwarded letter to my representative and then called customer service. Sent to another department. This department stated they were not the people to contact. Back again to customer service. Of course, throughout this time, I am paying more than $700 per month to be represented by Canyon Legal Group. This is very bad experience.

Double check...don't assume
About four days ago I received an email about a settlement offer. As requested, I replied to the that email so the limited time would not run out. Later in the afternoon of that first day I received a return email stating it took 24-48 hours for processing the offer.
The following two days I received the same offer repeatedly. Since the third day was past the 48 hour time requirement I figured I'd better call and make sure my return email had been confirmed by more than a computer programmed email response. It had not! Rhe nice lady took my recorded statement over the phone and I am one step closer to being out of this debt.

Lately there have been many "glitches"…
Lately there have been many "glitches" in the system.
I have received multiple emails about the same negotiation settlement after I accepted to the first email and called only to find out that it was settled for a higher amount without anyone calling me or emailing me.
I also received an email this morning stating that I terminated our partnership when I didn't call or email about termination at all. These "glitches" seem to be happening more and more frequently.
I appreciate the work you folks do but I have been stressed out by theses issues.
