Reps are very friendly and helpful but I find them to be "wordy." I would like them to be more concise.

Well I thought I made the right decision to go with finance solutions/Canyon LegalGroup. I’ve Been in this program for 11 months. Giovanni Longo persuaded me to sign on knowing full well my incredible apprehensions. He promised all will work out as long as I make my monthly installments. He promised me financial freedom from the overwhelming debt and high interest cards which made it very difficult to maintain monthly. Still uneasy I called him one last time before making my decision. He of course assured me I’m making the right choice for me and my family. Fast forward to today - 5 of 7 accts enrolled are in litigation. After submitting these accts to Canyon for review I would hear nothing. If it wasn’t for MY persistence they would never reach out unless it was a generated email - Finally after continually following up I was called by a legal firm to represent me. One of my accts has been settled but since all these creditors have sued me in the same general timeframe, there isn’t enough money to move forward with the others. Remind you they take their fees up front which makes your escrow build very slowly. So their answer to me is to “come up with more funds so an offer can be made. This is an unusual case to be sued all at once” Now isn’t that just some kind of nonsensical BS. If I had any substantial amount of money to add would I have ever entered into this program???? Now I’m without hope and looking like bankruptcy is in my future. I don’t know where to turn. Don’t believe what they say. They put their customer service skills at number one and their clients last. Crystal Moye will sell you ice in the wintertime - don’t trust everything this company tells you - if you have high debt be prepared to have ur creditors sue you because they do NOTHING to negotiate until summons are sent. If you don’t follow up forget it.

I’ve applied for a job as a contractor with the Federal Government and in the process they are conducting a thorough ack ground investigation. In so doing, I was presented with s questionnaire about my financial situation. Once I got the questionnaire I contacted Andrew and he helped me answer all pertinent questions. Andrew provided a letter of good standing and other documents that I submitted to the Federal Security Investigators. A day after I submitted these papers, I was called informing me I got the job I was seeking! Andrew did an awesome job helping me answer questions and reviewing my answers prior to submitting them. I realize this was probably outside the scope of his job, but this got me an excellent job and thank him greatly!
Since my new position requires a secret clearance and involves further investigation from another line of business in the Federal Government. I had an interview with an investigator about my financial situation that lasted more than three hours. This discussion ended up trying to tell me I was delinquent With all of my creditors. The conversation was robust to say the least. The next day another interview lasting over an hour resulting in them sending an investigator to my home requesting documentation on my payments to the creditors. I then called Canyon Legal Group for a bit of reassurance. I reached Crystal and she is an excellent customer service representative! She not only confirmed my argument in the definition of delinquent, she sent s link to the legal definition explaining the term! Crystal also sent me my documents that I will need to give the investigator on Saturday.

I want to say thank you for ‘having my back’ in my pursuit to gain employment and help myself out of this financial situation. The professionalism and understanding displayed by the legal team is outstanding! The team gave me hope and set my mind at ease in this trying time that I’ve been going through.

Thanks for helping in my difficult situation. I was not sure what I could do but you were able to provide me with an alternative solution to my problem. I now have time to take a breath and get back to my life instead of being constantly stressed.

I have been enrolled with Canyon Legal for a good while now. Never really had any problems and they were always there to answer questions or concerns. Up till now they had a 5 star rating with me and I had nothing negative to say......till now. I received a Warrant in Debt from Target. I called and the agent I spoke to was very informative and let me know I needed to get that to them as soon as possible. I scanned and emailed that day, receiving a confirmation of receipt that evening. This was two weeks before the court date. About 4 days or so go by and I get an email that it is being looked at by the litigation team. 3 days before my wife and I are due into court, I still have not heard anything back, so I called. Apparently, according to the phone call I made, the package I sent you has been sitting and nothing had been done. The agent I spoke to reached out to Litigation to find out what was going on and she tells me the Litigation Agent has expedited it to the Litigation Manager. I am prepared to go and try to get this continued tomorrow 9/27/2019. This DOES NOT leave me with a warm and fuzzy with how your team handles legal matters. I should have been speaking with someone concerning this so I don't feel like I am having "wing it" in Court tomorrow morning. I will be letting you know how it goes when I am out of court.

I've been working with Canyon Legal Group now for a year n a half. So far they have been very helpful in all my needs n took care of my issues in timely matter. Representative Cryspal Moye answered all my questions n put me at ease. Thank u!

Crystal Moye was a joy to work with and knew exactly where to find the answers to my questions.

Total 100% scam organization that stole $5800 from a friend of mine and did nothing for her. They refused to provide a refund, and also refused to even supply a copy of the paperwork she signed. Theses people are predators who go after people who are desperate for help regarding their debt, and only make things worse. Legitimate companies do not get paid in advance to help clients with debt, and it is only a matter of time before the CFPB puts a hammer to this company. I have no idea how they sleep at night, and hope someday they will sleep in jail.

I really like Canyon Legal Group, a lot. Every time I talk with them or email them, they are positive and as helpful as they can be under the circumstances. My problem is I need contact more often and, I'll admit, I need some hand holding. It's very scary to see your credit scores continuing to drop and to continue to receive letters and email from your creditors and not know what's going on that is going to make it better.

The Canyon legal team is awesome. Have already got several of my accounts settled for far less than I owed. Crystal Moye was especially helpful and easy to work with!

I have received a summon and contacted Canyon multiple times regarding the same. 1st they told me to hoto the court to Submit the reply and once I went to the court the Clark told me the reply has to be in proper way. In general Canyon is supposed to work for me invade any creditor sues me.now they are saying they are not able to find a lawyer in my place which is quite surprising. Last two days I send multiple emails and calls to Canyon without any reply. Very bad experience so far. So once you have a summon they will not help you it seems though the contract shows they are supposed to work for you in such situations.

Ashley was pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns.

Talked to Crystal Moye today, she was very friendly and took care of my issue..
