I WAS CONTACTED BY CAPE CLIQUE VIA PHONE CALL AFTER I LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW ASKING ME TO REMOVE OR THEY WOULDNT REFUND ME AFTER HORRIBLE AND PURPOSELY STUPID SERVICE.
I spent 1+ month arguing with their customer service lady - the same team member for this whole time, that is if they have a team - as they had sent me the wrong dress. I sent them a photo of what I had received and what I had ordered. The woman for the entire time insisted that what I had ordered IS what turned up and that I was wrong. She tried to imply that I may not have been wearing the dress properly or that it was actually a case of accidentally ordering the wrong dress myself. Was incredibly strange and uncomfortable that their own customer service team used an actual method of gaslighting on me.
I only, ONLY was listened to after leaving a review and being called - at 8PM at night, internationally - and it was then that Jane told me she finally seen my problem.
Horrific company that clearly do not train their agents.
I only promise to remove this review if they entice me with money.

I ordered a dress a month ago and it hasn’t yet shipped. I’ve tried to contact them via email and Instagram DMs and I can’t get a response or an update. I’m really upset because I wanted the dress that I ordered. Also not only is their website down, their Amazon shop is also down and I was considering reordering from there. They need to fix their issues quickly.

it arrived weeks after and they were tiny and horrible quality. Very cheap. I have been sending emails daily requesting a return label and instructions to return them but the site is down and no one has responded. I will be reporting this asap! Though I received the items I ordered, both items are way too little. Very poor quality and customer care. I will never purchase from this company!

I can’t really rate higher till I get the dress itself but the tracking info / part of site doesn’t work and no one’s replied to my emails regarding updates and I’m hoping my item actually does eventually make it to my door…I ordered on Dec 27 and got a confirmation it shipped same day with a tracking number and order number but I can’t seem to do anything with either.
