I WAS CONTACTED BY CAPE CLIQUE VIA PHONE CALL AFTER I LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW ASKING ME TO REMOVE OR THEY WOULDNT REFUND ME AFTER HORRIBLE AND PURPOSELY STUPID SERVICE.
I spent 1+ month arguing with their customer service lady - the same team member for this whole time, that is if they have a team - as they had sent me the wrong dress. I sent them a photo of what I had received and what I had ordered. The woman for the entire time insisted that what I had ordered IS what turned up and that I was wrong. She tried to imply that I may not have been wearing the dress properly or that it was actually a case of accidentally ordering the wrong dress myself. Was incredibly strange and uncomfortable that their own customer service team used an actual method of gaslighting on me.
I only, ONLY was listened to after leaving a review and being called - at 8PM at night, internationally - and it was then that Jane told me she finally seen my problem.
Horrific company that clearly do not train their agents.
I only promise to remove this review if they entice me with money.

I made an order and just never received a tracking number or any information on the order. They took my money happily though. That was on the 29th and still nothing. Don’t buy from CapeClique

I spent a lot of money and I ordered my item almost 2 months ago and still have not gotten it and cannot seem to get ahold of ANYONE for a refund. Never buying here again and will warn anyone who mentions them.

I never received my package and would like a refund, it never was mailed out and I was never provided a tracking number. I even reached out for help. Awful service

I ordered some clothes on November of last year as a gift for my girlfriend for the holidays. When there were some issues with the payment, they gave me their immediate attention to fix it via email. We fixed it and set a delivery date. It's now 5 months after that delivery date and all the emails I've sent since then have been ghosted. This company is a total scam, please don't but anything from here.

I never received my package and I never got a response to the e-mail I sent. Won’t be purchasing from here again.

I emailed this company so many times and they never got back to me and their website ghosted as well. It seems to be a scam and a non-existent company.

The package I ordered, sadly never arrived. I payed for the products in advance but after never recieving anything, I was not able to get my money back.

The website stopped existing when I needed a refund. I lost over a hundred dollars. Scam website

I ordered a dress a month ago and it hasn’t yet shipped. I’ve tried to contact them via email and Instagram DMs and I can’t get a response or an update. I’m really upset because I wanted the dress that I ordered. Also not only is their website down, their Amazon shop is also down and I was considering reordering from there. They need to fix their issues quickly.

I ordered 2 items on 1/6/23
it arrived weeks after and they were tiny and horrible quality. Very cheap. I have been sending emails daily requesting a return label and instructions to return them but the site is down and no one has responded. I will be reporting this asap! Though I received the items I ordered, both items are way too little. Very poor quality and customer care. I will never purchase from this company!

I ordered 4 items on Dec 31st, The order never came, tracking number doesn’t work, their website shut down and service client non responsive. This is extremely frustrating

** Update I got the dress! Showed up one day randomly and it’s great! Really wish the tracking was better otherwise it wa sa good purchase :)

I can’t really rate higher till I get the dress itself but the tracking info / part of site doesn’t work and no one’s replied to my emails regarding updates and I’m hoping my item actually does eventually make it to my door…I ordered on Dec 27 and got a confirmation it shipped same day with a tracking number and order number but I can’t seem to do anything with either.
