Order wont ship with no shipping date provided
Placed an order on 10/8 with express shipping. The confirmation email stated that it would take 5 business days to ship out from the facility. Nothing was shipped out on the 5th day with no additional notice about the order. When I reached out to them regarding why my order had not shipped within the original stated timeframe a CS representative said the dress was sold out and that it would take a few more days before it could ship out and then gave me an 18% discount code for my next order for the inconvenience. It would've been nice to have been told days ago that the order was sold out after purchase so that I would have time to make other accommodations. Will more than likely need to cancel the order because no official ship date can be provided.

Beautiful dress!
I placed an order for a beautiful dress. I accidentally placed the order for a XS but I needed size M. The customer service were very helpful and fast to assist. My dress came a lot sooner than I thought it would and it fits beautifully. I’m very happy, the quality is great and I get so many compliments when I wear it
