One out of three items I bought worked for me. The material and sizing is wrong and they wont let me send it back. Waste of my money and now I have clothes I will never wear or be able to re sell.

I ordered a purple dress
I ordered a purple dress, waited two months for a notification of any sort. I emailed support to ask when I could expect the dress and they replied saying that they could not fulfill the order and offered a refund or credit. Number one, what the hell. Why would you have a dress listed that you can't produce? Why are you advertising it? Second, why would you not email me or reach out to me to let me know, rather than sitting on my money hoping I don't say anything. Extremely disappointed.

My experience so far as a new customer has been hassle-free. The pricing is reasonable, with lots of cool styles. I placed a large order and loved a majority of my items. The quality exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, one item did not fit properly, their service team was quick to reply with store credit. I will definitely be placing another order soon.
