I'm also an ambassador for Capitola and bought 3 watches a couple months ago. Normally I'm not really into all those influencing stuff and don't trust companies looking for influencers. But the fact that I don't have many followers (~500) and they were still interested in a cooperation was what convinced me to do some research on their website. After reading their concept and about how Capitola was founded and seeing all their products I definitely wanted to try supporting Capitola. The delivery was surprisingly fast in comparison to other E-Commerce shops and I was so in love and happy with my new watches. They are elegant, beautiful and suit to any of my outfits easily. I wear them very often and the quality is still super fine. When communicating to them they are super sweet and I feel like they're really taking their time to build a good relationship with you, it's not superficial and they are also appreciating you supporting them. Top company! I just hope all the best for the girls and that they will be successful and recognized for their work. :)

I've bought 1 watch. It was dispatched in 10 labor days not in 4-7 days but was ok for me. The watch is great, very chic and trendy. I love it. Thx Capitola! :)

We were approached to be their ambassador and was offered a discounted purchase as well as possible income for our 'promo-code'

However, the purchase excitement from 26/may soon became disappointment as the shipment travelled to multi-destinations, arrives at my country, claimed that package was undelivered and now 8/july is enroute to sender. When communicated to J__ from Capitola, her scripted FAQ answers were emotionless and did nothing on her end to communicate with the courier company.

Our address given was for a commercial office with contact numbers in case the delivery crew needs to contact the receipient. However, we believe that the courier company had not perform any due diligence to actually perform the delivery and even bothered to call at all. This we can say that the company here were extremely dishonest.

On Capitola's end, they did not bother to verified with us or the courier company about the delivery address or contact and simply told us to collect from our nearest post office. We did what J__ said and the Post office told us that we need a Formal Collection Note so that they know that we are authorised for the pick up. Which we were not given any at all.

After being toyed by J__ and feelng extremely frustrated, we wrote in for a refund. The Artifical intelligent J__ responded.
"We're so sorry for this situatiomn
Unfortunately, we can't proceed to refund because the package has been sent
In this case as we told you, you should return us the package to our facilities after make the purchase with the code we will create to you"

We died after we saw "RETURN US THE PACKAGE" which we never had the luxury to receive the goods to begin with.

Dishonest courier with poor attitude at work spells the fall of a start up.

Follow up to the saga in Dec2019, we still havent gotten the goods nor the refund. but we exchanged an email asking us to remove the post on trust pilot with some bribe. which we obviously refuse

Good quality and the watch fits perfectly.
The delivery time was 10 days.. They say 4 - 7 days, but for me it was ok!

Very nice packaging first of all.I recieved it in a very good condition after transit.The watch quality is excellent.Even the belt is of good quality as my skin is sensitive I choose my watches and accessories cautiously but I never felt any irritation wearing Capitola watches.Overall my experience is great!!
