Stay away from these crooks. They non-stop harass you, phone you, email you, text you multiple times even though you made arrangements with them. They are rude and they are crooks

I got an email from
Them saying I was pre approved for a loan. So I went on there website and filled out an application. Then I got a email requesting the online banking verification & my ID. Completed the banking verification, emailed my ID and have heard nothing back. So now I am a bit worried this company isn’t legit.

DO NOT USE THEM!

I was laid off my job I asked them to work with me regarding my new payment schedule.

They were rude unkind and could honestly care less. I never missed a payment and I just needed the dates changed and the refused to assist me.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could zero it I would , they are horrible and rude . Not easy to deal with . They accuse you of stuff that not true and blames you and won’t take any responsibility.

Used to be great, Send out a contract which was signed and then never responded to a single email afterwards. Very sad

1) Please be advise that this is the same company as Diamond Loans and Liberty Loans.

2) If you are looking for quick and easy access to cash, you can use them BUT

3) They are incompetent in their customer service. They used the wrong bank account and proceeded to charge me with NSFs.

STAY CLEAR FROM THESE LOANS. I learned the hard way and don't want the same for you

Worst it’s like your loan is never paid off they keep taking money and this had been going on since last year start away

Stay away. They are rude, they harrass, they are aggressive and like.

Hands down the worst company and service ever imaginable, would not recommend to my worst enemy scum of the earth

Company won't give you contact info
They take money from other peoples bank accounts that apply and are denied for a loan to collect on someone else's loan.
The belittle and rude in emails. When they call people work numbers they give information about the person and why they are calling and threaten calls won't stop...DO NOT USE COMPANY there are better ones out there

The worst company to deal with. They threaten and belittle you threw email. When asked for a phone number to speak to someone they refuse to provide number. Asked the total owing and they refused to provide that aswell. Steer clear of this company at all cost.
