Caprinos Pizza Reviews 

Very unhappy with the service , I ordered a pizza about 7:45 and I’ve been waiting for my order I should’ve had it by 20:40 however I am still waiting. I then called the restaurant and they said I had to wait another 10-15 minutes. I’m very annoyed

Cooperative staff, ambiance was so good and taste was so incredible.

We visited Caprinos Pizza in Chippenham for a family dinner and tried the family menu, which included a 15-inch pizza and fried chicken. While the food itself was decent—the pizza was average, but the chicken was juicy and well-prepared—the overall experience could have been better.

The service took longer than usual, and the staff member with a beard didn’t seem very welcoming or accommodating, especially when we asked for glasses for our drinks. His attitude felt dismissive, which didn’t give a great impression of customer service.

That said, we’d recommend the fried chicken—it’s far better than the overly thin, disappointing wings we found at the nearby Keskin’s Chicken Shop. If the service improves, Caprinos could be a solid choice for a casual meal.

Previously we have highly rated caprinos and was worth the higher prices, however today’s order has put us off. Lateness we understand New Year’s Day probably busy however the food standard was sub par.
Fries that were like oven fries out of a shop brought bag with all the bits in it but tastes worse. Jalapeño bites that had a whole jalapeño in strangest I’ve seen on bites.
Garlic bread so dry and no flavour not impressed especially there original ones were amazing
Pizza that was the best on the plate still dry cold and bland. Honestly I’ve had cheaper pizza taste so much better I’m extremely unimpressed so be mindful if ordering a lot.

I was in the shop literally waiting for 2 loaded chicken for 30 plus minutes
I hope they are new starters and will pick up the speed and service in due course of time!

Unfortunately we've had two orders that were less than quality. Incorrect orders, cold food and chicken that was passed its use by date. The chicken being off was the last straw. We will not be going back there again.

Used Caprinos a few times now, the food is fantastic. The pizzas are well made, sides are tasty and not greasy and delivery is quick and friendly. Our new go too for pizza's, very pleased.

Ordered from here a few times and really enjoyed the pizza, chocolate chip cookies and milkshakes. Fast delivery and great customer service. My new fav pizza place

Received the wrong order when placing an online order. The pizza was also barely warm.

Have twice used their Contact Us facility to notify them and had absolutely no response.
Notable too that they don't respond to any of their reviews on here. They clearly don't give a damn about customer retention which is appalling given the amount of alternative pizza companies available.

A great way to ensure I place no further orders....

Absolutely shocking! The food was an hour and a half late. Was sent the wrong size pizza , the wrong dip and the wrong size coke bottle. The desert looked like a cat had had it first! The delivery guy was very rude and ignored me when I challenged him about the poor service. Will not be ordering from here again. Me and my gf are extremely disappointed.

Great price. Came back 2 days later and bought a group of friends with me to get as well. They all loved it ❤️❤️❤️

I just came back from caprinos with my husband and 3 daughters. I was horrified when I opened the 2 medium pizzas. The margherita pizza
was burnt and crumbled when touched. The seafood pizza with olives, tuna and prawns tasted so bland, very greasy and burnt. The seafood pizza was supposed to be a deep pan pizza with cheese stuffed crust, but they gave us a thin crust pizza instead. The guy had to take my order 2 times and kept asking me to repeat myself. I feel really disappointed because people work extremely hard to earn their money. These slap dash companies come along and treat you like dirt on the bottom of their shoe. They serve you food that's way below average and act so self entitled to your money. I could have made a better pizza at home and saved money. This is honestly the worst pizza I have tasted, my daughters agreed. I ordered chips with chicken and cheese topping. The chips were soggy and cold and the chicken didn't taste fresh. I couldn't even find a phone number to call them to make a complaint about the mistake with the pizza. I feel like this company only cares about profit, it's not about keeping a good reputation. Just hire people who have a good understanding of cooking and how to put different flavours together. I would like to see a happy, bubbly person working on the till. Someone who cares about the welfare of other people and shows compassion. I have tasted better pizza in Japan. Please don't apply for a customer facing role in a restaurant if you don't give a damn about people, work remotely or in a role with limited people around. Treat people the way you expect to be treated.kindness is free.

It would have been our first time potentially ordering from this company today...

We called to enquire about there meal deal and asked if they could potentially replace two desserts with something else, unfortunately they weren't very accommodating and said they couldn't do this, the lady who answered the phone really didn't seem like that she was bothered at all, and started talking to another colleague in another language while I was I waiting, which I felt was very rude...

We won't be using them again in the future. just think it was silly that they couldn't alter the meal deal slightly , I'm sure they must have been asked the same question before...

Also seems silly that you receive 30% off for deliveries only and not on collection, looks like they may have got it the wrong way around and making more work for themselves..

We was sadly let down as wanted to support this local business ..

I also received a reply back from the company which in my view didn't seem very professional and stated that it's 30% off delivery and collection which this doesn't reflect on their website...

I'm staying in a hotel in Cardiff and it's a well known hotel.

I'm staying with my friend and we ordered food as she's on medication and has to be taken at certain times so it vital tbh.

I had to go down to collect resulting in me having her leave her she's disabled.

Sitting in a lobby for 90 mins.

I've complained to Uber eats bot which was useless.

The food was burnt and freezing and uneditable.

It's opening night and we thought we would take advantage of the 50% off full menu. The pizzas are very good. Solid 8/10 side salad is a very good size enough for 2 people to share. Milk shake was very good. The jalapeños cream cheese were not up to temperature but a little reheat in the air frier sorted that out. Chips and doner were pretty good not what I was expecting but still tasty. It was very busy so a small wait for the order that's expected. Over all a very nice little pizza place in tollcross.
