i hope they shut down my kid tried ordering but you need to have a minimum of £15 which is stupid plus shipping let people order what they wnat

Got 2 pizzas and a garlic bread and 2 pots of sauce, they forgot the sauce that i paid for and didn’t send one of the pizzas, when i called to try and get this sorted i told the man and he just hung up on me. Awful customer service,and i didn’t receive anything or money back for my missing pizza.

Waited over two hours for my order which I tried to cancel after two hours but the shop refused to send my money back then the order came and my chicken was uncooked and pink. The pizza had a bite taken out of it looked like the driver ate on the way and told the The shop we never answered after waiting for two hours for our order.

The pizza was delivered in good time however they charged £21 for 2 pizzas that were a child's portion. When I rang and complained there was no apology nothing. They were the size of the chicago town pizza that you get 2 in a pack. Thats how small they were. Shocking for what they are charging! Never again!

Orderd online and when delivered the delivery driver said that he forgot something, he said that he would go back and get it. We waited more than we thought we would have to and still had not turned up, we called the local caprinos and when we asked about the delivery and said that this had been the second time that we’ve had items missing the guy on the phone just laughed - overall bad customer service. Will not be ordering from there again.

I placed a lunchtime order through Just Eat, Order Number: 752602806. When I arrived at Caprinos in Witney to collect my order around 1:30 pm on 26th December, I waited for about ten minutes, but no one brought my food.

When a staff member finally approached me, he started arguing with me and said that they would not give me my order because I had received a refund last time. He stated, “We will not give you your order because of your previous refund.” He also spoke to me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, which made me feel deeply humiliated and upset.

I still have not received the refund I was owed from my previous order, and my friend was sitting in the car waiting for the food, which made the situation even more distressing.

I found the behaviour of your staff completely unacceptable. Their attitude and language were inappropriate, and I left very disappointed with this experience.

I cannot praise Caprino’s Pizza (Haywards Heath) highly enough for their outstanding customer service.

I had placed a large scheduled order via Uber Eats for a staff Christmas Eve party, but due to an issue with Uber Eats, the order was mistakenly sent for immediate delivery at 01:30am when the rehabilitation unit was closed. Uber Eats informed me that nothing could be done and that I would still be charged the full amount, which was extremely disappointing.

The following day, I received a phone call from the shop manager, Zeshan, who went above and beyond to help. He proactively offered to remake and supply the entire order at no extra cost, purely to ensure customer satisfaction. This was completely unexpected and incredibly kind.

When I went to collect the order, Zeshan personally greeted me and was welcoming, understanding, and genuinely apologetic about the situation, despite it not being the restaurant’s fault. The food was excellent, and the service was truly exemplary.

Caprino’s Haywards Heath showed professionalism, generosity, and a real commitment to their customers. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you, Zeshan, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!

3rd time that the whole order was not delivered at the same time. It was a meal for two people ie. 2x pizza and salad - not hard to get right! Phoned the Oswestry store and the attitude and the behaviour of the staff fell way short of any acceptable/reasonable response. 4 years ago the pizza was fab from this store. Tonight a supermarket pizza would have ensured a fresh, hot and crispy pizza at a tenth of the cost. To be avoided.

Pizza came half the size I was expecting, wasn’t cheap either then I found a hair on one of the slices stay far away.

We have ordered from Caprino’s before and have enjoyed the food, but they’ve recently really gone downhill and we won’t ever be ordering from them again. On Saturday night, we ordered two pizzas, one side, and a drink as part of a meal deal from Caprino’s. We also bought an extra side. When our order arrived, we were given only one pizza, our sides, and the drink. We queried this with the delivery driver, he was rude and said he had nothing to do with Caprino’s but that he was just the delivery driver. He told us that we had only ordered one pizza as part of the deal, despite the fact that our receipt and the receipt that he showed us demonstrated that we had ordered two pizzas as part of the deal. He told us to take it up with Caprino’s and that it was Uber’s mistake. We called the restaurant, they apologised and said they’d deliver our missing pizza within 30mins. We waited for 50mins, for the pizza - meanwhile our other items were stone-cold and, eventually, getting dry and burnt from attempts to keep them warm in the oven. We called the restaurant again to ask for an update regarding the promised replacement pizza. We were told it would be another 10-15mins. We mentioned that the rest of the food was now inedible and asked what the restaurant would be doing to compensate us for this. When we asked this, we were given to another member of staff - the same member of staff who, would you believe it, had delivered the food to us earlier and had said that he was ‘only the delivery driver.’ He said that there was no replacement pizza and that we wouldn’t be receiving anything further from them. He then hung up the phone. We attempted to raise this with Uber Eats, they were not interested. I am in the process of opening a dispute with my bank as I refuse to pay for food which, ultimately, wasn’t received and/or ended up being fed to the bin.

Food delivered late one pizza raw dough think crust pizza raw and wet chicken strips under cooked chips over cooked and rubbery none of the food was even warm. Called to chase delivery young person answered with a attitude will not be using again

I ordered from Caprino's off Deliveroo, and I got one spoon of mac and cheese in the bowl with burnt crispy onions, and the shit was stone cold, yet the bowl was somehow warm. This shit's not even fresh. And one spoon full when the picture clearly showed a full bowl, ew and for a whole ten pounds. And the pizza itself, the cheese crust, was still cold. The pizza was more crust than pizza, and it was weirdly, very very ungodly salted and for ten pounds. And on the Deliveroo app, they don't mark the order as delivered till the next day, so you can't even ask Deliveroo to refund you because the product was just shit. Immediately avoid at all cost.

I ordered from Caprinos on 25th November through their app and never received my food. I was first told the system was down after contacting them an hour after making the order when I realized it was taking extremely long. I was advised “it hadn’t gone through, then later told it had “just come through,” after 20 additional minutes but by that point I no longer needed it and requested a refund. The staff members on different occasions of contacting them was rude, reluctant to take my refund details, and two of them separately even hung up on me. Over the next 10 days I was repeatedly told to call back for a manager who was never available. When my partner finally spoke to a manager in person, we were later told the order had been delivered, despite us receiving nothing. After 2 weeks, I still have no refund.

Luke warm overcooked pizza delivered, with 2 boxes of hot wings again one overcooked, and one not cooked long enough. No point phoning to complain, you can see the problems with just your eyes without even tasting. Thankfully I haven't been to this place in over a year, since the last time I had some cold pizza delivered so It won't hurt to much to bypass this place again.

food is QUICK and good prices, everytime i go im satisfied!

This was the first restaurant that I have used that delivered HOT food. It wasn't tepid or warm like every other pizza place I've tried. The donner fries, garlic bread and pizza were all, juicy, succulent, very fresh, tasty and Hot. A great find. The delivery man was very friendly and nice as well. They were a bit late so had decided to give me extra goodies. Very kind of them. I will definitely be using again

Omfg! Caprinos Northampton!
Worst experience EVER!!
So i went to the Maxi Priest concert last night (Fri 14.11.25) at the Roadmender in Northampton, it was a great concert that band is incredible anyway after i missed the 2245 bus home i had a 1hr wait for the 2355 so went to get pizza. When i walked in the young asian guy greeted me beautifully took my order n everything seemed fine, i did turn my nose up a bit that the place wasnt spotless all tables needed immediate cleaning as did the floors!, i asked him to let me use the loo as i cdnt now hold it for 2hrs till i got home, he kindly did let me go through to the back, WELL i CANNOT UNSEE the shlt that i saw back there!! Please god! There was a big fat 'dirty unclean indian dude sat on what looked like a box freezer or some sort of shelf or cupboard shoes n socks off legs crossed, PICKING HIS FLIPPING NASTY CRUSTY TOES! There was another dirty little man sat arms length infront of him folding boxes, the floor was absolutely disgusting food n all kinds of shlt everywhere i literally cdnt find a clean path to the loo and everything was disgracefully dirty. I knew i should have cancelled my order at that point but i was busting for the loo, which was not even as bad as the kitchen, it was the cleanest bit of the shop! Anyway, i really should ave said something n cancelled my order but the pizza was in the oven by time i came out the loo, i ate a few slices n knew suttun werent right, WHY DID I DO THAT I dnt understand why i ate it, i shudda told them how disgusting the place was n that the guy should not be picking his toes in a food environment! N that that the kitchen area should be hygienically cleaned! i packed up n went back to the bus station, say 15 min walk if that, was stood waiting for my bus, had 28 mins to wait 10 mins into my wait, all of a sudden, i needed to sit down, dizzy, hot, so went n sat in the bus station, omfg i felt like i was gonna faint! It was awful, then I ABSOLUTELY OUT IF NOWHERE, THREW MY GUTS UP! it came out of nowhere! I vomited the pizza right back out my tummy! I did feel better after i sicked it up, at which point my bus came, i managed to get on but myself just felt really weak after the vomitting, i got home safe had a shower n went bed. I WILL NEVER eat there again and today will report them to the food standards agency. I feel a bit shaky today, just been taking it easy but my tummy 'still' aint right yet. Ive just had some natural youghurt n ginger blended it into a smoothy n hopefully thatll help settle it. Effing NIGHTMARE! My family keep on tellin me to stop eating outside shyte. Ima need to start cooking at home! I hate cooking! Oh well. I wouldnt go northampton caprinos if i were any of you!
