Prompt and helpful response that reflects the quality of the company

The after sales service is exceptional. We had a problem with our halo head and sought advice on how to rectify it. The response(s) we received were efficient and uncomplicated and company were eager to ensure we were not left unsatisfied. All in all very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend.

Having bought a halo capsule last year and being pleased with it I ordered 2. New Rose Gold Editions in February, I knew they were not in stock until April but was happy with that. Move onto June, still waiting for them, absolutely disgusted, have now cancelled after the wedding and engagements I ordered them for have been and gone. The next issue is getting my money back from them, told me last week it was on its way, called again today to be told a refund will be issued(so therefore it hasn’t already been issued as promised last week). To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, I’ve gone from being delighted customer to saying avoid buying from this company, customer service absolutely disgusting.

I’ve had a Halo Capsule since 2020. Not only is it a great vacuum cleaner, but the customer service - most recently from Craig - is second to none. Prompt, helpful and in my case, generous. My only disappointment is that the green credentials of the company don’t seem to have lived up to their original expectations in terms of servicing machines on a regular basis so that they can remain in use for longer. And they don’t offer a recycling service, which I also think is a tremendous shame in this day and age. But 5 stars for how they look after their customers!

Emailed to ask for advice as appliance head had stopped rotating. This had already been replaced by me a few months ago. After email clarification of the issue, part was quickly replaced FOC. Excellent after sales customer service

Ordered May 2025, I too wish I had read Trustpilot reviews. 80 year old disabled, thought very light, and wanted dust bags for convenience. Unfortunately the brushes do not turn on my rugs. Rang customer service, who went and asked someone, came back only use on flat floors?? Packed up to return. 25 March arranged 5 June, sorry now 6 June, waited in all day until 7,30. Apologies ring for another date, 17 June, can't guarantee, wait and see. Held my money all this time. Rang customer services over and over, could I have email to confirm 17 June? No response.

Craig gave very speedy and appropriate support regarding replacement of our Capsule with a Capsule X.

A great stick vacuum plenty of suck I had a problem after 11 months but the company sent me out a replacement motor good contact very satisfied with buy from them again

Very happy with the upgraded replacement.
Not happy with FedEx delivery. Given a wide delivery window (0840-1240) and the actual delivery was 1738! Fortunately I was at home at that time.
The email saying the shipment was delivered was not sent until almost midnight.

It's a great product, well designed and powerful. I had problem with mine in the first year and the customer service we're excellent and sent a replacement without any fight.

Would recommend.

So I ordered on Sunday and by 11.00 on Monday my Capsule X and all attachments etc was delivered! Assembly simple. Instruction book easy to follow [unlike some]. Initial performance excellent. Will review in a year or so, but very happy so far.

I can't write about the performance of the Halo Capsule because I'm still waiting for it! It's been over 4 weeks and I've not been updated in a while. Not a good look.

Replacement part issued immediately, and arrived within two days.

I had an issue with the battery and charger on my Halo and the company very quickly sent replacements. The machine is brilliant and the fact that they quickly deal with issues without any hassle is great. Thank you

Just had a really positive expereince with the Halo team (Craig in particular). They were pro-active, common-sense, speedy, able to take the customer perspective and come up with a great solution. (It was about an unusual exchange/ query.) WONDERFUL customer care, very impressive in this age of endless hold music, bots that don't quite do the trick, and outsourced call-centre agents who don't know thier products. Well done, Team Halo!

I have a Halo Capsule which I got 6 months ago, and it's a great piece of kit! Having the bags means no more emptying manky crud that wafts up in your face and no clogging of the flappy bit that seems to happen on the well known brands. It's powerful and manoeuvrable, and still light to use despite the slightly larger dust bag bin. I've just had an issue where the bearing in the end of the brushbar locked, stopping it rotating. A bit of a random failure I know. An email to customer services and a replacement brushbar is on its way to me, no problem at all. I bought it based on a review on Good Housekeeping and it seems they got it right!

I had a problem with my Halo Capsule after the warranty period. I had tried competitors vacuum cleaners but found the Halo to be a better product for me due to its lightweight and power. Unfortunately the Refresh option to fix my Halo Capsule was unavailable and the support team quickly helped me with an alternative solution.
