We have just imported our car using Car Registrations Spain. Excellent service and support from start to finish. The staff were all really professional, friendly and helpful, guiding us through the whole process. Our car is 25 years old so presented a couple of challenges but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently with no added costs. What you are quoted is what you pay. Today CRS Jenny organised my ITV and they we’re nothing short of brilliant, a lovely lady called Kim collected my car from my address at the exact agreed time and returned it all done within an hour, I am so lucky to have had CRS transfer my plates as i was not aware of there superb follow up relationship, Jenny is brilliant nothing is a problem thank you so much Steve Preston

This company exceeded any expectations l could have had, from the start they resolved every issue with my Cayenne, got me temporary plates, collected my car, got an ITV pass and saved me countless hours of effort.No praise is enough based on my experience

Great service provided with the import of a Honda CRV from UK to Spain. Took care of everything from a tow bar removal and headlight re-alignment to arranging insurance for us. The whole team were knowledgeable and friendly, and made the customer journey as smooth as possible.

I wasn’t too sure how to go about the process of bring my car over from the UK, so I checked online, and asked a few locals how to go about it. I finally found a few offices so rang them all and asked them the same questions. Cars Registration Spain were by far the most understanding of my needs, provided all the information I needed and were totally professional. They kept to all the timelines they set, they always kept me informed, and the price was much less than expected. The process was all completed within two weeks (one week less than quoted), the fantastic ladies have arranged a competitive insurance, and are now even looking for Health Insurance for me. A brilliant service, definitely back with the other car-thanks team CRS.

I was sceptical at first after reading a poor review however I have found this company to be excellent and communication has been on point. Remembering this isn't a simple 2 min process is important but they guide you through it in a very professional manner - would highly recommend Jenny and the team

Organised everything for me. Changing of lights, itv, re registration (without export tax) and plates, even a competitive quote for insurance. The girls in the office are great at getting back to you when emailing or calling. I was on a tight schedule and everything was done within a month. Would be better if they had an office on northern Costa blanca because it was quite a drive to Murcia but it was worth it.

Imported my Volvo through them and it’s first ITV last year. We had a laugh with the staff about my toe all being really rusty and one of the staff commented they were amazed it got through the ITV. So far so good. Took my car to have its second ITV and guess what, It failed on the Towball because it has no serial number on it, and it’s not listed on the documentation from the first ITV. Its been on my vehicle for 18 years. When I phoned Car Registrations Spain to query this, eventually I was told it was because they took the towball off. Initially I thought I was being lied to as it doesnt come off, bit it appears I was told that in good faith as the paperwork stated remove before ITV, although they acknowledge this didnt happen. Both my husband and I remain adamant that neither of us were informed of the illegalityof the towball and that it cannot be authenticated afterwards as there are no longer any serial numbers viewable. I would have preferred absolute clarity that it was not going to pass the following years. I would have had it replaced or completely removed before it went for its initial ITV. Now I’ve already paid for one ITV test and failed. My mechanic is away back today with paperwork to show it was put on the vehicle at time of purchase, it will probably fail again, but I’ll still have to pay for it and then a third ITV eventually when the mechanic manages to dismantle it. I acknowledge their further phone call today in an effort to clarify matter and I have amended my review and star rating to reflect that.

Our car was transferred to Spanish Registration,
we were given help navigating the import taxes due to the Spanish Government along with organising our first Spanish ITV (MOT). Their service is efficient, helpful and friendly. The final costs were less than expected, which is very rare when dealing with the motor industry. We have recommended Car Registrations Spain to all of our friends and acquaintances. Keep up the good work.

Just changed my car from uk to spanish plates this company did a fantastic job. They even picked my car up from my house so i didnot even have to do anything but hand my keys over. Took away dinner time brought back tea time. Dont be worried about using car registrations. Yes you might be able to get it done cheaper but do you want it to be done right the first time, they took all the stress out of the change over for me. Would use again and would recommend to anyone. THANKS EVERONE
