Excellent customer service - we had a minor query following the purchase of a car and Harry the salesman resolved this for us quickly and professionally. The car was in great condition and the delivery driver kept us updated on his progress on the day. Overall it was a smooth process to buy through car360 and I would thoroughly recommend them.

I was searching for a particular electric car for some time and eventually came across one online at car360. I hadn’t heard of this company so spent a while looking at their feedback which was very positive. I eventually put a holding deposit down on the car and was then contacted by Spencer who would handling my enquiry.
I had a number of questions and queries which were answered and i eventually decided to proceed with the transaction. A handover date was agreed and money changed hands. When I arrived early to collect my car I met Dave who was also excellent, very friendly and helpful but not pushy. He also answered a number of queries and helped me with the handover process. The car was as described and immaculately prepared so my concerns about dealing with a remote company were immediately allayed. The car was fully charged as agreed and when Dave was happy that I had gone through everything with him I departed with a big grin on my face. I then received a follow up call 48 hours later to check that I was still happy. These guys are good and I would not hesitate to use them again so i fully recommend them. Thank you 😊

This was a great experience! We usually hate buying cars and visiting showrooms but this was a much more pleasant experience and seamless too. Such great help from Ellie at 360 and a lovely driver who delivered the car.

Had a really great experience from start to finish with Car360. My husband used them in the past and we've both had good experiences. Spencer was great from the beginning with going through the whole process and providing all the info etc and he always kept me updated and was there when I had any questions. The delivery and part-exchange process was really straightforward, and I felt I got a good price for my car, and a good deal for my new one. The member of staff who delivered my car kept me updated with times, and showed me all the features. Aftersales were good too, as I had one very minor issue and they were prompt to contact me. A great experience from start to finish. It’s always a little scary buying online but Danny was super helpful and explained everything including the part exchange process for my old vehicle. John who dropped the car to us was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything has been very smooth and the new car is exactly as described. Would recommend

Chance done everything possible to ensure the car was ready for collection and then spent a lot of time explaining how all the important things worked in the car and any questions we had he done his best to answer them,nothing was rushed regarding the handover,

The car was reasonably priced and arrived in good condition. Danveer handled the whole process efficiently and timely. Steve's handover went smoothly enough.

Had the best experience with car 360, my partner enquired for me as i was nervous due to past experiences with car dealerships but Kira was so kind and answered all my questions! Her email responses were so quick, I’d always have a reply by the end of the day! From the start to the finish when I picked up my new car they were all so polite and friendly!

Great service from start to finish, our sales representative Chance kept us updated at every point with the progress of our sale. Upon collection our car was in immaculate condition and we were greeted in lovely well presented premises. We were advised on all of the features of our car. The entertainment system on the car needs to be updated. Chance informed me thst they will arrange this with the manufacturer and will even provide me with a courtesy car whilst the work is carried out.i have wanted an Ora Funky cat for some time and could not be happier with my new car. Just picked up an ID Buzz from here and have been thoroughly impressed with the whole setup. I'd already looked at a few Buzzes at regular dealers and even the low mileage ones were in a terrible state, so when this one came up on car360 it seemed too good to be true for the price.

I kept asking Ellie what the catch was, but she assured me that the car would be in tip-top condition and she wasn't wrong. For a car with nearly 40k miles on it, it's in near showroom condition.

One aspect worth mentioning is the instant availability of agents over both live chat and email, so much so I thought it was AI at first. I'm also not one for phone calls so only having to do a single call for the entire process was perfect.

I can't imagine we'll be returning the car, so I can't speak to that aspect of it, but I've been left very impressed with car360. I'll certainly use them again next time.
