Bought a Tesla through Car 360 and honestly the whole experience was great from start to finish. Ellie was brilliant throughout, really friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. She kept me updated, answered every question quickly and never made me feel pressured at any point.

Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful but she made it all feel straightforward and smooth. Really happy with the car and the service I received. Would definitely recommend Car 360.

Car360 are an excellent company to do business with, from day one Harry was very polite and helpful, I had a hiccup with the finance company but it was sorted no issues, delivery was on the day they promised and the car was exactly as the advert suggested, I would highly recommend Car360, anyone with concerns about buying online, don't be, this is an honest hard working company with excellent staff.

Searched for an EV for a while before coming across car360. Read plenty of reviews and reddit posts before contacting them.

The entire process was really smooth and Danveer was was really helpful throughout the process.

The car was delivered in a great condition. Would definitely recommend!

Customer service with Chase was generally good.
Delivery was disappointing. I was told delivery was going to be between 4pm-5pm, actual delivery time was 7.15pm.
The key fob is broken, and there is only 1.
There is no 3 pin charger.
There is no log book.
The explanation of the vehicle was brief, probably because it was so late and the driver wanted to get home.

We are very happy with our new EV. The process was quite simple and we were able to close the sale without any agro. I would have liked a bit more flexibility to suit my own timing, but I do appreciate there are many customers to look after.

As with every used sale, minor faults pop up. When I discovered a problem with the USB port on the car, the dealer's rep didn't hide behind excuses. He apologised and quickly raised due costs for a replacement.

Primarily dealt with Harry during the run up and then Tom when I picked up the vehicle.

The reason I went with car360 is the safety they provide in offering a gold standard battery SoH certificate. It is shocking how little most dealerships across the entire UK are lagging behind on this front for buying a used EV.

The process was seamless from start to finish. Harry provided anything that I asked for in a timely manner and was just A1 to deal with.

Picking up the car was straightforward and the staff in there were ace also.

Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I will NEVER go to another dealer! I’ve had dealings with Car360 on three separate occasions over the last year (different cars each time but only bought one) and, I’m not exaggerating when I say this, the customer service on every occasion was absolutely superb. The first time was an incredibly patient young man called Harry. Unfortunately, I couldn’t afford the vehicle so the deal didn’t go through. The second time, I changed my mind. And the third time, a lovely lady called Kira helped me choose the perfect car (and put up with my lame sense of humour which was a plus!). Everything was done over the phone and online, and my new vehicle was delivered. I’d shopped around for over a year before buying from Car360. I was gravely disappointed with the (morally questionable) selling techniques of the bigger companies. At one place, I wasted nearly 6 hours just haggling. At Car360, the deal was done within the hour. The biggest differences between this company and other dealers are:
1. Car360 don’t waste time by grossly undervaluing your car (for part exchange) and then spend days haggling.
2. As far as I could tell, all Car360 vehicles advertised via AutoTrader, were rated as a “Good Price” or “Great Price”, basically meaning that none were overpriced.
3. All customer service advisors were incredibly friendly, honest (which is rare in the car industry!), patient, courteous, professional and efficient, making the experience a very swift and pleasant one.
4. When the car was delivered, it was immaculate. It was thoroughly cleaned, not a scratch on the paintwork, the tyres looked new - the car felt brand new inside and out.
I cannot recommend Car360 enough, and I’m not usually that easily impressed! Thank you all at Car360.

Buying my car from Car360 was the best decision I could have made. The price was the best on the market, and from beginning to end the customer service was 10/10. Harry was fantastic, no matter when I called, he and his colleagues were always on hand to help. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I've left it three months before writing this review, because I noticed other people complaining about the quality of after-sales care. Personally, I have had a spectacular experience buying a car from Car360. From the initial contact and support through the buying process (Chance), through delivery (Dave - I think, I'm really sorry if I've misremembered your name!), and finally after-sales care when I discovered problems with the car (Izzy), the willingness to help without being pushy (I'm neurodiverse, so this was especially important to me) and the flexibility to work around my inflexible schedule (teacher) were outstanding.

Incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, swift and effective resolution to mechanical fault on car and low-pressure from the sales team. 5/5

The service from 360 was just amazing from start to finish. I didn’t know this was possible after very poor experiences with other car sales providers. Danveer who we liased with over the phone when purchasing the car was so helpful and attentive to everything we asked and got back to us straight away with any queries. I loved the 360 view they send of the car a couple of days before you pick it up. When I went to collect the car - the service was fantastic - so efficient and professional. My car was ready looking all sparkly and immaculate indoors and Tom greeted me really professionally and politely. I expected to be there a while but I was gone with my new car in less than an hour. The service from these guys is something iv never experienced before when buying a car - iv clearly been buying from the wrong place. They also offered me a hell of a lot more for my part exchange than an other car dealer we’d been to! I will not go anywhere else for a car again! The car is immaculate and feels and looks brand new. Very happy with the service provided by all staff I came across. Special mention to Danveer who was my dedicated EV specialist, he answered all questions clearly and provided excellent service in general.

Also very happy with the car I purchased. There was a tyre pressure light that appeared when delivering the car but they were very open and honest and are willing to fix the issue so no complaints at all!

We purchased our first electric vehicle from Car360 just over a month ago. Despite reading every review available, I was still apprehensive as their business model is very different to what most people are used to. Within a very short time of putting down the reserve fee, I received a phone call from Brandon to discuss the vehicle and also my part exchange vehicle valuation. I was very happy with the valuation which was exactly what I was expecting. EVs can be very expensive to repair, so I was very happy to discuss the warranty offered and decided to take a 3 year warranty which gives some peace of mind. The car we purchased was over 3 years old and 25k on the clock.
Car360 do not operate like a traditional car retailer and the setup may not suit everyone. Being ask to pay up front on the day before I collected the vehicle made me nervous and went against my better judgement, but I had nothing to worry about. The 7 day guarantee covers you as the vehicle can be returned within this period for a refund.
Collection of the vehicle is very different to what most people will be used to and is arranged in alloted time slots. We had travelled quite a distance from where we live to collect the vehicle. The facilities on arrival are clean and tidy. We were offered refreshments and made very welcome by Ross and the handover team. Our new car was brought through, which is all done indoors and we were given the opportunity to fully inspect the condition of the vehicle without feeling under any pressure. The team were happy to answer any questions and then explained the functions of the vehicle to us. I can honestly say that the delivery condition and presentation of this car was better than expected, It was like collecting a brand new car.
Following some final paperwork and assistance in taxing the new car we were good to go and we've been really happy with the car which we can charge at home and is proving to be an amazing saving in fuel costs each month.
We would happily recommend Car360 and we'd be happy to use them again when we're ready to purchase our second EV.
