Wouldn't even give 1 star, took weeks to come. Supposed to be based in Dublin but ship from China. Extremely poor quality and not worth the money. When wanting to return they give you an address in China so costs loads to send back. Scammers
Absolutley disgraceful company, have tried to contact them on a number of times to return a pair of boots as they had been not only worn but were really bad quality. The company got back to me with an offer of a % off if i krpt the boots, i declined this as i just wanted to return a refund. They have completly ignored me since the customer service is diobolicle. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

- Boots certainly are NOT by Mountain Horse but a cheap poor fake copy

- Boots arrived with no delivery note, no returns note and no receipt.

Ordered boots for my daughter took over a month to deliver when they turned up they were they were cheap rubbish that didn’t fit (Chinese sizes) . Sent four emails to get a returns note with no luck.
