Great company and very professional. Had CarPlay fitted to my BMW. On the day of booking the tech sent me tracker on I could see where he was on Waze. Only took hour to install and was able to show me everything before he left. Kelly from the office very helpful. Would definitely use again.

Apparently ECA&SL surprisingly NEVER did receive my letter dated 4th June 2021. When Kelly informed me of this ….. 1/. I emailed a copy together with details of the Garage report “permanent live connected wrong”.
2/. Kelly responded very apologetically & even contributed to the Garage remedial costs.

Professional worker installed reversing camera and CarPlay very quickly.All working perfect.

Used Enhance to fit parking sensors to my car. Very competitive quote, professional approach (asked for the colour code to ensure they matched) kept appointment on time, smartly turned out technician explained clearly what was involved and completed the job quickly and invisibly. Recommended.

Have used them a few times now, and the last time wasn't great. Notified them 6 days prior to install what exactly would be going into the vehicle, which included a 2 channel Hertz amp. They for some reason waited until the installer was already here to tell me that the 2 channel couldn't be fitted, as a 4 channel would be better. Why wait until he's already here to tell me that when i could've been told in the days prior to install so i could have had a different amp ready?? I was also told that the installer would carry a selection of wiring kits with him, however when he was here, he stated that he didn't have the wiring kit for the amp, just for the sub! I will purchase rear door speakers and a 4 channel amp, but will get them installed elsewhere.

Great service and advice. All questions answered in lay mans terms, no baffling with gobbledegook! They managed to fit me in because of a cancellation. Very professional installers.

Bad service from start to finish. I had rear parking sensors fitted by Simon, and then paid the price! Since then I've had nothing but problems. Number plate bulbs didn't work straight after. There was no care from Enhance. Then the cheap buzzer that was fitted malfunctioned. No care from Enhance. Now the main modulator box has totally malfunctioned. Cheap tacky equipment. I've had a professional assess the work and they was not impressed with the way the wiring was. To make matters worse I paid my dues in cash and didn't receive any change owed!! Not Professional and very Poor customer service offered throughout!!

The whole team are absolutely excellent, great service and great support tracking down an intermittent fault in my alarm. The faulty component was replaced quickly and without charge under their warranty. Thanks all!

Enhance recently supplied and fitted a colour-coded rear parking sensor kit to my car. The experience from start to finish was very professional: Good comms from the office and an efficient service from the technician.

They installed a front and back witness camera about a month ago or so. Did a good job and the cameras are working well. Would use again

Brilliant service from the guys at enhance. Every detail covered and fitting was done to the highest level. My kids are now peaceful on long journeys :)
