1st class customer service
I had bought a 'Wigo' canopy from the caravan canopy shop a while ago and during its last use we were hit by a squall which was severe enough to break on of the poles. I contacted the guys a CCS and they had a replacement pole in the post the very same day and at a very reasonable price.
I was not only very pleased with the service I got but very relieved they could get me a replacement pole so quickly bearing in mind this canopy is no longer available. My wigo is now repair and ready to go again!
