Excellent service throughout. Just completed our first year's insurance cover and renewed for another year, with ease and efficiency. Staff are very professional knowledgeable and pleasant. Initial policy setup simple and straightforward. Renewing policy also easy. Only policy I’ve got that is cheaper then previous year.

It was so easy to get our new caravan covered by phoning up the caravan and motorhome club. They are experts at what they do. The team know everything about our hobby It is si reassuring that we know the caravan is covered.

It's a new policy and the conditions have changed. It seems good and it appears to cover everything. Untested luckily so can't comment on claim

Did not renew my cover this year at at £456 i found it too expensive. I went on a co compare website and found another provider that offered a better insurance product for half the price. I made the necessary enquiries and was satisfied so i have gone with them.

Perfect service couldn.t fault it very helpful and informative .first claim in approximately 18 years didn’t no where to start but no need to worry the people I spoke to helped every step of the way will continue to use this service in the foreseeable future.hopefully won’t need it

Had caravan cover for approximately fifteen years no problems renewing .had to make a claim in June 2026 and it was handled quickly and things explained fully.would have no qualms using the product for the foreseeable future
