How’s a caravan for tribfest. So we turned up and it was already done for us which was great, but the caravan was on a hill and one side dropped so the shower water wouldn’t drain out properly. We got someone to help us but it would alter. Signal bad so couldn’t contact anyone.

Company very friendly and helpful with comprehensive instructions as to how to use the caravan. Caravan itself was comfortable and fit the purpose, arrived and collected on time.

A very good experience with a nice clear website leading to a straightforward booking process. Useful directions (including w3w location) makes finding the yard easy. Thorough caravan feature introduction for those unfamiliar. Hitch and wheel lock included. Caravan towed nicely with no sway or other issues. All fixtures are clean and work correctly. Comfortable bed and seating area. Flexibility around return times was appreciated. No tv included but does have the antenna with booster, so bring your own small tv (like we did) if you want that to be part of your holiday. Very few places offer towable caravan hire so I'm happy I found this one and it turned out to be well worth it. Will hire from again in the future.

The videos for using the caravan were very clear and there was a friendly voice at the end of the phone before and during the hire. We also had friendly help on site at the end of the hire.

Just had our 2nd rental of a 6 birth caravan from Caravan-Online.
They delivered it for to our destination and when we arrived they were waiting with it all set up and even the water butt filled and ready to go.
The caravan was absolutely spotless and had everything included what we needed to operate for the weekend.
I can honestly say the service was amazing and helpful from the first phonecall.
This is our 2nd year in a row, and already looking forward to next year..

Superb 3 bed caravan with lovely decking overlooking fields/coast. (Does not look onto other caravans) in a great location.

We booked a caravan for Bramham Horse Trials, which of course has been cancelled due to Covid. This company has refused to refund our deposit, which we are very disgruntled about.

Thank you for your reply. As you know from our previous correspondence, we just booked the caravan for this one event, which was sadly cancelled, and do not wish to book a touring caravan for a holiday.

Really friendly staff and a helpful briefing from them before we set off. They were really nice and were helpful from the date of booking to the date of dropping the caravan off. I would certainly use them again if I don’t end up buying one!

Wanted a 2 Berth as a trial run for the weekend having never used a caravan before but thinking of buying. Had everything explained at detail in the hand over and the hand back was brilliant. Caravan fully functional and a great base for a few nights on the East Coast. Highly recommend Caravan On-Line. Oh! And deposit back the next day :-)
