Roberto was very friendly
Roberto was very friendly, informative and didn’t pressure me at all. Made the whole process seem easy and it felt like he actually knew about the vehicle I bought which I’m really really happy with. I collected the car a few days after and Heath dealt with that and he was also really friendly and made the collection quick and efficient. Thanks to Roberto and Heath

Found the car online and after initial enquiry they were very efficient throughout. Enquired Saturday, test drive Sunday, drove the car home on Monday. Staff are very friendly, professional and experienced. Thorough in their trade. Would definitely recommend Carbase to anyone.

We were met by Phil Spence in the showroom when we were discussing two vehicles that we were looking at, he was extremely helpful and gave great advice on both vehicles. We decided the vehicle which we felt was right for us and felt comfortable and at ease with Phil at no time did we feel pressured, from start to finish we were given great service and totally transparent communication from Phil would highly recommend Phil to family and friends to get a great deal.

very friendly staff and amazing selection of cars
The staff are very friendly and made the transaction very smooth. Roberto is the one that helped me buying the car. He was very friendly and it seemed like he actually cared about the car and me as a customer. It did have some problems such as a broken piece of plastic but Roberto got it booked into the workshop and he kept me informed all the way through the process, thanks Roberto you made buying a car very easy

William was really excellent, helpful and friendly throughout the process of trading in and replacing our car. He guided me patiently and with good humour through the sometimes fiddly process of signing all the documents online. We needed to replace the car quite urgently and Carbase provided a first class way of doing that with the minimum of fuss. Full marks.
