This was a very positive experience…

This was a very positive experience from start to finish. There was no hard sale tactics or pushing of any kind. Kieran was exceptional at his role, polite, experienced, helpful and really positive! He is a credit to your team. Overall fantastic place to buy a car from, all the team were great.

Since having my car in the last year I have had nothing but problems it has been in the garage multiple time due to issues with it this has caused me not but stress due to having to waiting 3 or 4 weeks for them to even look at it and each time I have asked for a courtesy car and have been told no bare in mind I am 8 months pregnant.

Faulty car, bodged “repair,” and money deducted from refund

I purchased a vehicle that developed water ingress from the panoramic sunroof. The car was with the dealer for over a month, and communication was appalling, I had to chase them constantly.

Their proposed “repair” was to permanently remove the wind deflector and seal holes with silicone, a clear bodge that would have altered the vehicle and caused extra wind noise. I was given three options: accept this repair, take a refund, or escalate to the Motor Ombudsman.

I opted for the refund, having no choice as I’m self-employed and desperately needed a vehicle, yet they still deducted 40p per mile (£560) despite the car having a clear fault.

Throughout, I felt ignored, unimportant, and bullied by an organisation that clearly knows how to play the long game.

I reserved a car and went to see it…

I reserved a car and went to see it with my wife the following day. We liked the car and took it for a test drive. Jaydon took us through all the formalities and tested our car which we wanted to part exchange. A price was agreed, the paperwork sorted, and we were on our way home with our new car in 4 hours start to finish. Bearing in mind that this was a Saturday and very busy, this was incredibly well organised and I give credit to Jaydon who helped make this a very pleasant experience. Epic customer service

Matt might be one of the most impressive sales people I’ve met. He remembered me from a previous sale years ago, and then helped us find the perfect deal for a new car. He wasn’t pushy about extras, and spent time explaining what everything was. Top bloke, top dealership - super happy. Super job Mr. Lloyd!

Jaydon at CarBase did a great job…

Jaydon at CarBase did a great job setting me up in a pre used Tesla.
The show room is always so busy which is a positive sign. I quite liked the chance to book appointments to test drive and speak to an agent at length.
We chose to by the bumps and dunks policy which was also great value! All in all the service was great, the car was a great price and I was very happy! Thanks Jaydon!!

Good service from John

Good service from John. Carbase was heaving, but didn’t get any hard sell. Car was prepared as promised. All round a great experience. Thanks also to Owen on finance who was also knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly place to buy. 👍🏻

Quick and easy buy
