Whilst the installation fee seemed high at first... trust me, it was worth every penny.... My car has so many panels and 'bits' that needed to be removed to again access, mostly for the rear camera, the fee became the best value ever in the first 20 minutes.

My "Guy", Steve, was very professional, polite and respectful to my car.
he guided me through the initial NON intuitive connection to my cell phone.
Installation WITHOUT a cell phone would be nightmare city...
Total fitting time, 2.5 hours.. by an expert. I wouldn't even try it...

The images from the F800 PRO are razor sharp, and then... we removed the lens protection...

Utterly happy with the installation. Nothing broke, it all looks perfect.

I ordered the thinkware f770 2 channel dash cam. Really good website, good prices, extremely fast delivery. No problems at all. Will definitely use again, and would recommend to anybody.

Excellent service all round.Very simple to order with good description. On line assistance was quick and accurate and the fitting was carried out perfectly. The fitter was on time, took on board that my wife had to do the school run and timed his visit to suit. The installation was excellent and not rushed and the explanation of how everything worked was clear and concise. Will definitely order from the Car Camera Shop again.

The installation of the camera was caried out by a very friendly, experienced engineer and in a proffesional manner, I am very pleased with the end result.

Package arived on time and cables in use. Used to transfer a dash cam from one vehicle to another as the original installation is loomed in, just needed a temporary, spare set.

Fantastic and highly professional company. Wanted a dash cam but had no knowledge of them. Nathan asked me what my needs/expectation were and then recommended the Thinkware F800. I've had it now for a couple of weeks and I have to say it's exactly what I needed.

Helpful advice before purchasing from people who clearly know the product.
Having ordered I was a nuisance by altering the delivery address! Each time I called they knew who I was and what was going on.
All was delivered easily and the product has not disappointed!
I used a local fitting service only because the car was in having a towbar fitted and the guys who fitted it (I chose it in preference to one they offered) were very impressed with the kit and said I had chosen well!!!
Use these people with confidence.

You find out how good a seller is when something goes wrong. I have bought from them before and had no issues buying again. The problem this time was the camera would not turn on. One phone call brought good advice and an emailed post paid label for it's return and a few days later they updated me to say the camera had a boot up issue caused by the memory card. All sorted and the following day the camera was back and fully working in the vehicle. Just six days from problem to fixed and returned. IMPRESSIVE. Top notch customer service and for me, I would not use anyone else except Car Camera Shop and suggest you don't either.

Professional approach, did what they said they would do, the installer was polite and professional and did a 100% professional job. My car is new, and I cannot see how he hid the wires of the camera, but he has. Fantastic job.

Got lots of unpushy help from Emmet during the ordering process and the camera and fitter arrived as planned. then having tried and failed to understand how to work the software and settings, Eric came on remotely and sorted me out, for which I was really grateful. He also made me feel able to go back if there was anything else I didn't understand

This is a great website with lots of information. I contacted the shop twice by the chat facility and they responded quickly and accurately.
The items were delivered quickly and were packaged well, and it all worked first time too.

Overall a great experience and bear in mind the myriad of dash cams available nowadays having some good advice available before spending your hard earned cash is a good thing.
