Excellent service, Staff very helpful. I was kept updated with the progress of my order and it arrived as planned and as described. Loving my dash cam and would recommend this company. I went for the installation which was done to a very high standard. The installer was very knowledgeable and took pride in his work.

Live remote and rural, wanted proper installation of camera so paid online, booked in and the guy came out to install the camera into a Mercedes.

Staff at Car Camera Shop were a bit slow at times in coming back to me. I had to keep calling for an update on inquiry. The technician turned up on agreed time slot. Did a thorough job. My only constructive criticism would be to wear gloves etc. My car door grab handle in light grey leather (car is only 3 weeks old) was marked / stained in black patch. I have managed to get most of it off but need to get the leather cleaner to remove the rest. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the black stain. Otherwise , good service. My wife might be interested in getting a dash cam for her new car so will definitely use Car Camera Shop again and would recommend them to friends etc.

From the first phone call to make an inquiry through ordering, delivery and installation to day to day use everything went smoothly.
I have had car cameras before but you do not want wires trailing all over the dash and cannot beat having a camera professionally installed in a new car that cost thousands.

I received excellent advice about the best dashcam for my situation and fitting was carried out in two vehicles quickly and efficiently by a friendly technician, who demonstated how to use the equipment. Everything has worked well so far (I have had it for 7 days). The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that after my initial call, when I was promised a quote the next day, I heard nothing for a week. I called again and a quote followed quickly.

No complaints, prices are ok as is postage. I can honestly recommend 😁

I can’t fault the service and advice I got from Car Camera Shop. Questions were answered quickly and succinctly which enabled me to make my choice of equipment. The guy they arranged fitting with turned up on time and did an excellent job, taking great care of the car.

I ordered the BlackVue DS750 2CH as being better value than the newer, improved video of the 900. I also ordered the Power Magic Pro.

Despite the protection of the PMP, my 3 month old BMW has such sophisticated electronics that I got warnings of power issues because it could detect something making a drain on the battery when the car was parked. This did not cause any major issue, the car always started and ran OK but “dire” warnings every time I set off had to be looked in to. So I ordered a Cellink Neo to power it. So far this is working OK - no more issues for Mr Sensitive ;-) but of course it doesn’t power the BlackVue over the weekend in the garage. (The camera seems to pull 300mA and a perfect battery has 6000mAH so I think that means 20 hours of power.) There’s no on/off switch on the BlackVue so it’s either fit one, pull the plug or just let it exhaust the Cellink - but if you drive a decent distance every day, you won’t have an issue.

I have no experience of rival cameras but I wouldn’t be surprised if they were the same. Oh, and the video is very good in daylight and not at all bad at night although I wasn't expecting to be able to read reflective number plates of oncoming vehicles - they’re bleached out by my lights. But I doubt any camera could cope.

Very good had a couple of issues rear camera not fitted for a split boot so ripped wire out of camera after opening the split boot .told fitter would call am waited in all morning for him to turn up at 13.55 not really an Am appointment but quickly sorted once here two weeks after initial fitting
