Superb! Good Communication! Highly recommend!
Superb teamwork from customer service to mobile technician! Good and nice communication!! Highly recommend!!! (I did contact another nasty car audio shop in Oxford which quoted £250 for the same dash camera fitting, and needed my car to stay in the shop all day. Car Camera Shop only needed £99 and did all the installation in my front yard within an hour. And their technician was so nice to explain all steps very clearly.)

A good experience from start to finish
My first contact was met with a friendly, cheerful welcome and efficient booking date. Delighted with the dashcam hardwire fitment which is very neat and was carried out promptly and efficiently. A good experience from start to finish - would recommend.

Excellent dash cam fitting.
From my initial ordering of my dash cam to be fitted the communication has been excellent. Emailed me hours after to arrange a fitting date. On the day of fitting the technician arrived on time & informed me it would take about an hour. It was in fact a little less than the hour. There was no fuss or mess. Excellent service.

Poor customer service
I needed a replacement dash cam holder as mine had broken, so found a replacement model on the car camera shop website.
I typed in the exact model of camera and they sent me a part that was not compatible.
I then emailed them for some help and to exchange or get a refund, and absolutely no response to my email.

Fitter arrived at the beginning of alloted time slot. Covered seats while he worked very neat fitting to my specificatìon.
Demonstrated correct working.
