I am very happy with the service I received from the booking of the appointment to the installation of the camera which i supplied myself. I bought a mini 0806 dash cam from car camera shop which was delivered very quickly. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Engineer very capable and on time. Excellent product.

I ordered my daahcam very easily
I ordered my daahcam very easily. But had to cancel the order as the website stated fitting to UK mainland and lead times would be longer to Scottish Highlands. So imagine my shock when phoned up to be told that they don't provide fitting in my area. I hardly live in a remote area I'm on the main trunk road from Glasgow to Inverness.
I was going to give just one star but the lady that phoned to explain the situation was very polite and apologetic over the lack of fitting in the Highlands.
If you what fitting be sure to phone them to check that they do fit in your area

Ordered 2 items, one high value one low, included free next day delivery. The high value item was discontinued, but still available to buy and charged for. A refund was offered, but the low value item was sent by chargeable next day delivery rather than a cheaper suitable royal mail service. Postage cost was 40% of final invoice 🤣

Excellent service. Totally impressed by the professional installer. Knows his stuff and performed over and beyond call of duty when he realised the dash cam unit I had was not the best fit. Advised on what unit to get and did a stellar installation.
Will definitely recommend.

Great Service
I bought my own dash cam from Amazon……bit of a mistake as I was struggling to get someone to fit it. Most companies want you to buy there dash cam. Car cam shop were not like most companies. No problems booking, I got advice on the hardwire kit, I had no clue what that was!!! Lynn was brilliant and booked me in for two days time!!! Dave came bang on time, chatty and friendly, not an easy fit as my rear camera was an external one, so he had to almost strip the boot liner out to fit it! Great job, very tidy, would highly recommend!!! Thank you, my daughter is due to take her test next month so peace of mind is set now. 👍👏

Brilliant Fitting Service
The service booking was prompt and unlike so many these days the engineer arrived exactly on time. The job was efficient and very neat taking the hassle out of fitting front and especially the rear dash cam, and the electrical connection. Unfortunately there was a problem with the electrical part but I was impressed by the response and quick action to resolve within the next day. Well worth it would thoroughly recommend.

Superb Service!
We’ve gone through a few cars and every time Dash Witness have installed our cameras. We’ve dealt with Lynn for the bookings and equipment who has been great at communicating and their prices are very reasonable. We have had Denny come to install the cameras who is brilliant, very thorough and a pleasure to talk to. Would highly recommend this company for your camera needs!
