Excellent, prompt and very friendly service. Helped to get through any problems with driving while reminding you the test is just to see if you are safe on the road - nothing worth getting too stressed about. I had tried different companies (3 previous teachers, 2 failed tests) in the past, and cannot rate Carcaptain highly enough. Especially Susan and Agron.

I had a 11 lessons course and after that I was able to pass with 4 minors.

After failing twice previously on the practical with a different company and my theory running out, I contacted carcaptain to set up another attempt. I was given great customer support and a great instructor in Theepa.

Communication was great and they managed to organise lessons and a test for me within a week!
Ata was a better instructor than I could have hoped for, his explanations of everything were super clear and he’s very patient and has huge amounts of experience and knowledge.
I came to Ata with the mission of passing my test after just three days of driving and he made it possible!

I have driving lessons with Argon and he was amazing I had two instructors prior to him from a different company and they were terrible. Argon was patient understanding and so positive. I failed the first time but I got another test in exactly 11 working days. This was thanks to the fantastic work done by Susan who worked hard to secure me another test so soon as I was travelling. I passed the second time and had such a positive experience of learning to drive with Car Captain.

I would highly recommend Car Captain and my instructor Ahmed who helped me pass 1st time with only 2 minors in just 2 weeks! I hadn't driven since my last lessons 17 years ago. Ahmed is a great instructor, he prepares you not only for the test but also the necessary driving skills for successfully driving around London. I went from being terrified of getting in a car in London to being quite comfortable, even of the busiest of roads. If you want to pass quickly and comfortably, Car Captain and Ahmed are the way to go!

I had supper teacher Theepa. I was worried because London is bissy to drive but she structured my lesons well and made sure I was confident before the test! They helped book all test theory and practical. I’m not a easy Lerner Allso very dyslectic but she went through everything and made sure I understood all! Thank you very much for the great driving learning experience I got it from your company as I had my test today and I got it through in my first attempt with one minor fault. I would like to give my great gratitude and tons of thanks to my driving instructor AHMED who was very keen on teaching and improving my driving skills and explaining each and every details on driving. He is just awesome when he is teaching you without making you feel bad even if we make mistakes,more than being upset he was more keen on improving my skills and making me more relaxed and gave me confidence before going to test . Using CarCaptain was the best choice I made to get my Driving License. They helped me plan out my lessons and my instructor gaged how many lessons I needed in oder to pass my test first time.

I just passed my Practical Driving Test today (first time) with only one minor and couldn't of done it without the help of my super instructor Ahmed ! He guided me through everything I needed to know in a fun and engaging manner. I learnt a lot with Ahmed and had a lot of fun throughout the process.

Excellent experience with car captain! Both my partner and myself passed the driving exam on the first try. Susan in the office worked very hard to find a suitable test date for our pretty inflexible work schedules. Hallam was a great teacher, giving not only practical tips but making us both safer drivers. Overall would highly recommend if you need to pass the practical driving test with as little hassle as possible.

Very good instructor, Bala makes the test much easier. You couldn’t fail with CarCaptain.

I had a great experience with Carcaptain, they were very helpful and sorted everything out very quickly. Larkland was a fantastic instructor and a terrific person and with his excellent tuition I was able to pass my test first time after two weeks of lessons with only one minor fault. I seriously recommend him to anyone wanting to learn to drive.

They are theeeeee best! I cannot stress how important it is to have a good teacher. Hallam pushed me and got me to where I needed to be to be ready. But allow yourself to be coached because at the end of the day you want that license. Wonderful and professional!
