My daughter passed her test first time after a couple of months. She had an excellent instructor who made her feel really comfortable. The admin was excellent too.

Ahmed was 100% the best driving instructor a person could ask for. He makes the hours fly by with his smiley personality. He was supportive throughout my entire learning process, he was extremely calm and patient with me. Not only did I want to get my license but I also wanted to feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel and thanks to Ahmed I have achieved both this. Also thank you to Susan for arranging my tests and lessons and encouraging me in all aspects.

Chris Beckett did a marvellous job at instilling confidence and experience during our lessons. His expertise and teaching style in addition to carcaptains prompt, professional and profound support all made the intensive driving course a success. They are relatively cheaper compared to other driving schools and definitely offer better services than the so called ‘highly-rated school’. Good and attentive administrators who are always ready to help and also highly-skilled and experienced instructors dedicated to perfect your driving skills. I did passed my driving test in my first attempt with ‘zero fault’, so would always recommend carcaptain to anyone.

Yolanda was very helpful in arranging an instructor (Ren) and at short notice for a run of lessons during the holiday and then also sourcing appropriate dates/times for our son’s driving test. He passed 2nd time but improved very quickly with Ren where he had been struggling with his previous instructor at another school.

Carcaptain was a fantastic way to learn to drive quickly. They booked my practical and theory test for me and organised an intensive course at very short notice. I was very pleased with the service!

Carcaptain was great! I told them exactly what I needed and when I needed to start lessons and straight away they were on top of things. My driving instructors were both good. Even though I am dyspraxic they managed to teach me to drive a manual car really well. Thank you Carcaptain!

My instructor Mahmoud was amazing, he was patients and calm and that allowed me to relax and learn whilst in the car with him. He took me from not even indicating when I pulled off to passing in 5 days. Whilst I had some experience in the car I knew none of the manoeuvres and definitely did not drive safely. Mahmoud taught me everything I needed to know and believed in me when I thought I might fail. I would 100% recommend him. Also Carcaptain as a service were very good and efficient. They are not only quick with their bookings but friendly too. Yolanda booked my theory and practical driving test within a month of each other and this was really good for me as I was going off to university. They provided equipment to help learn everything for the theory and this was also very helpful in passing the first stages to becoming a driver. I would say Carcaptain are very good for people with no experience to people who have a lot but can't seem to pass.

Great experience using Car Captain from the start. Easy to book, and provided me with a great instructor, Bala. Bala was a fantastic driving instructor, and as a result enabled me to pass first time with only 1 minor, just in time for my new arrival. I reached out to Carcaptain at the start of the year after finally deciding to get my licence once and for all! I had previously attempted to pass my test many years prior and swapped driving instructors several times without success; finding driving too difficult to master and not feeling like I was ever improving.
After many years of procrastination, I finally found the will to try again and contacted Yolanda and the team at Carcaptain who were very helpful from the beginning.
Chris was assigned as my instructor and his instruction was entirely different from the get go. He was extremely patient and explained everything in a way that was much easier to understand. I was challenged and pushed to improved but at the same time, no undue pressure was placed on me.
Chris supported me throughout the process and gave me the confidence I needed to finally pass. I'm absolutely over the moon that I finally have my certificate and the freedom to move around independently.
I couldn't have done this without the help and support of Chris and Carcaptain!

I have passed my driving test today at the second asking at the Bromley test centre and would like to thank the whole team at CarCaptain and especially the outstanding instructor Bala. The office team has done a brilliant job in finding the right instructor and booking the practical tests on a convenient date having passed the theory test on my own. Bala, the driving instructor has been an absolute pleasure to learn with being very approachable and giving me the confidence to pass the test. He knew when to push me and picked up on bad habits, not allowing me to develop them. If I would have listened to him a bit more would have passed the first time (failed first time as went too close to a parked car). He managed to get me to pass the test after only 22 hours of learning although initially I thought I would need way more hours taking into account that I had no previous driving experience and could not practise with friends or family in between lessons. Highly recommended.

Carcaptin were a great driving school to go with. My driving instructor Larkland was fantastic! I was initially very nervous about lessons. Larkland was very supportive and encouraging. I passed first time. I would highly recommend.
