They sold me a car that the transmission broke after 2 months. I couldnt afford to fix it, they repoed my car. Then sued me for the full value of the car. Now my wages are garnished

Garbage service garbage vehicles horrible intrest rates dearship will fill out numbers of applications for an approval greatly destroying your credit. I bout a car a month and half later engine exploded on me. I called numbers of times for them not to refund me and say use your warranty.

Picked up a truck from Ian sales rep in south bend IN and this one didn’t even make it home before service engine light came on and the change oil light. These cars are not serviced in any way before there sold. Only place to get it repaired was 40+ miles away and they won’t even give you a loaner car so now we sit without a vehicle for days. Never getting any decent customer service.

Predatory lenders who sell awful cars. They should be shut down. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I dealt with Jordan out of Ottawa , this guy went above and beyond for me . After the purchase of an amazing F150 it took a little while for my prior loan company to be paid and during that time I had to make double payments I mentioned that to Jordan and without a problem had the new loan payments returned to me until the old loan was paid . I see some bad reviews and that’s unfortunate for those people but I never had any issues start to finish

‼️⚠️ stay away from them ‼️⚠️‼️ motor one sold me a car I paid cash it has since been totalled from hail damage and I come to find out they have sold me a car with finance on it I am now out 12 grand !!!! Stay away rude arrogant aggressive and they are handing out peoples private information

Worst place to get a car from they have a GPS lock out box wired into your car when you get behind on your payment I was out of town with family and the payment is due January 2 and they locked my car out on Saturday after they were closed.
CAR was priced at $15,000 by the end of 4 years I will have paid close to $30,000

They made buying the car so easy I was impressed. Now day 5 having issues with the car. Called the salesman who sold me the car told me he had nothing to do with my issue he is just a salesmans but he was the one who provided me with number to contact Robin Hood to repair the car. I never got a chance to speak with the service manager was transferred tothe warranty person definitely was not impressed with her trying to over talk me and not listening to what I had to say. Unless you are DESPERATE for a car I will not recommend them to nobody.

PRESTIGE MOTORS at Car City are the absolute biggest joke... , all charming to seal our purchase of a Mercedes and upon pick up day of our new Car, there was not even enough petrol in the car to get us 10 KLM. And thank goodness we purchased warranty as not even 12 months later we had a $3800 bill ( and the warranty didn't even cover 1/2 of the bill) for a service, due to it being a lemon. They are definitely a company to stay away from. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I have had the same issue paid for towing 6 times the first car shop stopped fixing it because it kept coming back with the same problem he said it had to be electrical he does not do that work and they sent it to another car shop to fix the same pump the first shop kept doing car has left me stranded again and out of my second job. Now they say I’m over warranty so that’s my problem … They have you leave a review for the cheap down payment so they look on paper but they definitely are not a option for anyone who wants a job kids to school or not to pay 19000 on a car that is just bs because nobody they send you to can find what keeps causing the same problem after over a year oh then let’s not forget they accidentally turned my car off I’ve never missed a payment and made one arrangement because they don’t know I paid a mechanic to come to my job but it was a accident and they have new employees and the one payment Arrangement I did have made they said they could not honor because he was new and no longer there

My experience was phenomenal I initially started the process 30 days ago received one approved amount. It was OK but I wanted a different higher amount. I redid my application 30 days later which was this month and May and I got approved for the higher amount. Everyone with the company was super helpful. I did my entire process online and received great customer service more importantly everything was timely. The application was easy and very self-explanatory. The agents checked in with me without being overbearing. And I will be having my new vehicle Delivered to my home I was able to take care of everything right from my kitchen. I recommend this company to others! Thank you car city!!!

Let me be clear...you take advantage of people! Who would finance a 2018 vehicle, over 100k mileage, take a trade and $500 and charge them $18k and blows up a week later? Crooks ,that is who! Well this man is dead today and all you slimey salesmen should be ashamed of your conduct. Who would pay 18k for a used car off your lot? Someone desperate to have a vehicle to take him to treatment he never got too. So know I will continue to advertise your unethical treatment of honest people as long as I am able. I will tell everyone I know and in hospitality, word gets around. You are crooks, shame on you!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM I RECEIVED MY CAR WITH DENTS SCRAPS & YELLOW GUCK ON THE HOOD SCRATCHES INSIDE THE CAR & COULDNT DO MUCH ABOUT IT THE DEALER WAS ADRIAN ZEKAOUI ADRIAN ZEKAOUI MOST DISRESPECTFUL & ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I NOW HAVE A 7 YEAR CONTRACT I HAVE TO DEAL WITH PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE FOR NO CAR YOU’ll REGRET IT FOR SURE .. THEY KNOW HOW LEGITIMIZE THE SCAMS THEIR DOING SO POLICE CANNOT DO ANYTHING OR THE COURTS

Avoid at all costs you cannot trust this company. One of the dealers here ken sold a completely damaged dodgy car the car cost around 15000 and was quoted 18000 on repairs as it was due to the cars software. Ken was in the middle of court proceedings when he closed his ltd company and got away with it. He knows is a partner at car city.

Enquired about a Hyundai i40 2 owners fsh was told this was a tidy car. Arrived there to find the car had been running on tick over until upto temperature which I found odd. The sales guy approved me who I found rude. I looked around the car to find the boot wouldn't open the alloys had a quick lick over was told they had a full refurbishment to find out a 4 year old could do a better job. I then turned the car off to then find out it wouldn't start back up was told it would be just battery but I think it was more the alternator not charging the battery. Then went under the engine bay to find it in scruffy condition and the diesel filter which looked like it had never been changed. I didn't take the car on a test drive as I had seen enough. It took a week to get my deposit back with several calls to the company. Wouldn't trust these cowboys with a spanner.

They sold me trash the car been in the shop 8 time since I got it. only had the car for 8 months and the lady Brenda Manager at Car city had no care. I explained the issue she said there is nothing they can do also the bank orbit leasing do not care please beware before you lease from them.
