Absolutely no problems.
Like many people, I am always wary buying from Chinese sources, especially a fairly high price item. It gave some comfort being able to pay using PayPal, but you are never quite sure. However, I need not have worried, as the item was supplied quickly and efficiently, well packed, and delivered to me in 2 days by DHL.
The quality is excellent, and I would have no hesitation in buying from CarDiag again. Many thanks for the excellent service.

X431 Diagun 3 bought from Cardiag: Fully satisfied
I bought a Diagun 3 from Cardiag. The very attractive price and the download files I found on their website for an original X431 tool, made me decide to place an order with them.
During the ordering process I got good support from them as well as during the activation of my Diagun. The activation process at Launch took several days but I was comforted by Cardiag that everything would go well, and it did.
Next I wanted to have a back-up Micro SD card with all the software of the extensive list of cars. I didn't succeed to use an 8GB card for this; the original card is 1GB. Again I got quick support from Cardiag. Finally it became clear that the Diagun doesn't support Micro SD cards above 2GB. Using such a card for copying the soft was no problem. I tried the Diagun on my MGTF, Ford Fiesta and BMW and it works very well. I am very satisfied about the diagun 3 and Cardiag.

Tracking a order
The tracking No and order cardiag gave to me do not work they even refuse to recognise my e mail address this is the most poorest company i have ever used. on the 21st of June i was told it had been sent i am still waiting. I checked with all the couriers they use and the tell me they do not have this tracking number and they do not have my parcel.

I am very pleased of my ordered staff!!!
Today tested with 2 cars and working exellent!
(installed Asus G75VW, 8Gbram, Win7Home Premium64bit)
And i make some mistakes with settings in first, but
sellers send a fast new key!
Also good videoguide for a lan/wifi settings!
