You don't deserved even 1 star.. you charge astronomical price . Then despite having been paid and confirming receipt of the payment, you tell me on the day after when the item is being collected, that you haven't got it..
You lack of professionalism, respond to email when feels like it, and your fees are unreasonable ..

Please, before you think of shipping with them, read the comments with 1 star because they are correct and these people buy the comments with 5 stars and it is not true

The stories are the same for everyone here. You will pay a clearance fee for your goods, approximately 2000 pounds, or 2,600 in our case, which are fake fees and exceed 10 times the reality.

The company is holding our items for an amount of 15,000 pounds, storage fees for more than 500 pounds per day for merchandise not exceeding 16 cubic meters

The handling is bad, we did not agree or know their fees until after they took the goods to their warehouse and held them and cleared them without our written consent,

We will act to claim our right according to the law,

AVOID at all cost.

Cardinal Maritime has systematic methods of ripping its customers off and makes no attempt to hide it. I am staggered that they get away with it and still have a £60+ million turnover but I suspect that during more challenging times, greed has got in the way of morals and management are profiteering on naivety whilst dishing out oodles of slime and arrogance to compensate.

My company ships globally every week and uses multiple freight companies for sea shipments both in and out of the UK. We know what we are doing and have sadly learnt how shocking Cardinal Maritime are.

This review doesn't come lightly and is based on having used them several times over the past 5 years. Do yourself a favour and avoid Cardinal Maritime Ltd like the plague.

This trust pilot account is titled "Cardinal Wholesale" to hide their negative reviews from suspecting punters - wholesale isn't one of their trading names. And their google page is "Cardinal Global Logistics" - global logistics isn't even a trading name for them. You don't need to run if you have nothing to hide!!

Do not use this company - totally immoral and useless
