A pop-up, 3D elephant!
I thought I would buy a card from this company that appeared on my Facebook feed, just to see if it was good. It was! The card itself, the birthday elephant, is lovely and much larger than I expected. It’s an extremely well made, precision piece of design. There is also a little pull-out piece that appears at the side of the card; I assume this is to write your message on so you don’t spoil the card itself - clever! There has been excellent communication throughout from the company; the kind of customer service you wish every company would provide (but unfortunately usually don’t). I will definitely buy again.

Great quality and huge fun
I’ve just bought 2 cards for very special occasions that are coming up. They arrived within 3 days and are just wonderful. The quality is superb and are cards that could adorn a shelf as an ornament as well as celebrating the particular occasion.

Lovely cards and great service
I paid for courier service. Chris from CardPop contacted me to explain the couriers were sometimes struggling to meet delivery targets during the pandemic and offering to refund the courier charge if that happened. It didn't, but its nice to find a company standing by their service.
The cards themselves are lovely and it was easy to find something to reflect the interests and hobbies of their recipients.

Even when there is a problem, the customer service is candid, proactive and honest. They do everything feasibly possible to rectify the problem in a timely manner. They personalise the customer service, so much so that you can't help but be impressed. Great company.
