This is just a clickbait semi-fraudster ("semi" because they don't disappear completely after the payment, but continue spending your time while imitating work) company that makes up good reviews. I followed those fake reviews and lost my money.
They offer a list of services for substantial amount of money and they formally do them. They reply, send you something, do something, but all that "something" doesn't make any use. You'll just spend time trying to correct, then escalate, then argue, but they don't care. They got their money, 550+ USD in my case, and then they can mimic work replying some nonsense once in a while.
In summary they did nothing meaningful for me. The CV was nonsense, CL was nonsense, and other services were the same, visual resume, job suggestions, LinkedIn optimization were just useless communication with no effect.
I am sure all 5* reviews are fake.

Disingenuous: Our service package was for $399 which included CV and cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile promotions, CV distribution, CV promotion and job management. The CV and cover letter writing were completed. However, all other remaining services were not delivered. At the time of purchase, Careerzoom sales focus in their discussion on the CV and cover letter writing but provide little or no clear explanation what they would do in the remaining services. Careerzoom is not clear or straightforward organization when it comes to what they do. Careerzoom sugarcoated their services and mislead callers of what they need to hear so they make a purchase.

After 18+ years in the workforce, I needed help in crafting a pretty diverse background. CareerZoom was great to work with. I felt they were able to pull together the best of my resume and make it clear and concise. The Senior Resume Writer ‘Murtaza Hamid’ assigned to me was great. We had a couple of reviews until I felt it really described well my personality, accomplishments, education and experience.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make themselves stand out in the current job market.
