Today we attended Care Fertility Manchester for my egg retrieval procedure, and we cannot thank the team enough for the care and support we received.
From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were welcoming and friendly. I was understandably nervous, but everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the morning.
A special thank you to Dr Bamford, Josh, and the entire nursing team for looking after my partner and I so well. Their kindness, and professionalism made what could have been a daunting experience feel positive and manageable. Every member of the team were happy to take time and answer any questions we had.
Although this is just one step in our fertility journey, every appointment we have attended has been a positive experience. From our scans and nurse appointments to today's egg retrieval procedure, we have felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout. Today's experience has left us feeling hopeful for the next stage, and we are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care we have received from the entire team. We would highly recommend Care Fertility Manchester to anyone going through fertility treatment.

Second transfer
This is my second transfer and I can wholeheartedly say that the staff this time round just made the process unbelievably smooth. It felt right as soon as I entered the clinic - The room was set up differently too, which I thought worked much better and the girls were chilled which made me feel at ease with the process and therefore I was more relaxed and enjoyed the experience this time round. You could tell they had a great working relationship and enjoyed their job.

We’ve had a *really positive*…
We’ve had a *really positive* experience with Care Woking throughout our IVF journey. Sue’s personal tour and kindness were what made us choose Care, and the whole team — nurses, embryology, consultants and patient services — have been incredibly supportive and compassionate throughout a very emotional process.
There were a few stressful admin issues around forms a misquote, but these were resolved very quickly by the clinic :) .
Overall, we’ve felt genuinely cared for and would absolutely recommend Care Woking to others considering fertility treatment!

CARE by name and certainly CARE by nature
After a long and emotional journey, we finally feel ready to share our experience with CARE Fertility Birmingham in the hope it gives another couple comfort and encouragement.
From the very beginning, the team treated us with such kindness, compassion and professionalism. From the very first initial phone call enquiry that I made, I immediately sensed the professionalism of the team, and the genuine sense of wanting to help us start our journey. Fertility treatment can feel overwhelming at times, but every member of staff made us feel supported, informed and genuinely cared for throughout the process.
Our first fresh embryo transfer unfortunately didn’t work, which was heartbreaking. But the team continued to encourage us and helped us stay hopeful. We then went on to have a frozen embryo transfer — and we are now 8 weeks pregnant.
We know firsthand how difficult this journey can be, and how easy it is to lose hope after disappointment. If you are currently going through treatment, please know that one unsuccessful cycle does not mean the end of your story.
We will always be grateful to CARE Fertility Birmingham for helping us reach this point and for treating us with such empathy and care every step of the way. One thing I wish is that I can remember all of the names of the staff whom I was in contact with, as literally everyone was fab. Caroline did a lot of the blood tests and was there at some of the procedures. The other girls down on the surgical side - Jade and Shara, and possibly Fiona the anaesthetist. Oh and Lori in the lab! So many people. Bev and Danielle were with us along the way and at our final scan and it was such a great moment to share with them. Again due to the quality care and genuine nature of the staff at CARE, this moment felt as if you were sharing it with friends.

We had a 2 year fertility journey at…
We had a 2 year fertility journey at Care in Cheshire (Daresbury Park) and we could not thank the whole team enough for all their love and support over that period of time. We had multiple challenges throughout the 2 years and every person we came in to contact with went above and beyond to support us, to the point where we almost felt like family. Today we got to take our newborn baby back to Care to say a massive thank you (understatement) to those that help bring her into this world.
