Forever grateful
We’re so grateful to Care for everything they’ve done for us. Thanks to their support, our IVF treatment was successful and we welcomed our beautiful baby boy in December, a blessing we’ll cherish forever.
We were under the care of Dr Krishna Vatturi, who was truly exceptional. She was empathetic, patient, and always took the time to answer every question we had. The nurses were just as wonderful. We found them to be kind, attentive, and clearly proud of the work they do.

CARE that meant everything to us
From the very beginning of our journey, every single member of the team has played a special role in making us feel supported and cared for. At every appointment, even when we arrived with an overflow of questions, we were always met with smiles, patience, and genuine kindness. We were patients of Care Fertility for 3 years
We were patients of Care Fertility for three years and we must tell anyone who is going through fertility what are experience was like as we were repeatedly told everything was “normal”, leaving us completely undiagnosed despite never conceiving, take your supplements etc... Across that time we paid thousands of pounds for PGTA testing, IVF, and add‑ons, yet no one questioned whether something fundamental had been missed.
Care fertility/every fertility clinic in the UK refuses to offer an HSG dye test unless a patient goes through 3 traumatic miscarriages & even then a referral isn't guaranteed! This test was standard practice for years before being discontinued/heavily restricted in the UK around 2013, and now clinics rely mainly on scans 2D/3D etc..— even though scans can miss issues the dye test would clearly reveal. The dye test also provides a therapeutic flush, known under ESHRE guidelines in Europe to improve fertility, but not recognised under NICE guidelines in the UK. It also requires a radiologist, making it more costly — another reason it seems to have quietly disappeared from UK practice.
Because the UK does not recognise certain uterine shapes, such as a septate uterus, as a form of misdiagnosis, a uterus can be labelled “normal” for years. After two failed IVF transfers, egg collections, injections with frozen & fresh embryo transfers etc, we travelled to Europe and immediately received the diagnosis and treatment we needed. You can literally get on a flight out of the UK & land in a EU hospital & get a referral to have a HSG the same day for around £200. The result was life‑changing: we conceived naturally on the very first attempt after the procedure and later welcomed our beautiful healthy baby into this world.
Our experience made it clear how UK regulations have become more and more restrictive over the years impacting the private fertility sector in ways that prioritise compliance and profit over patient care and proper investigation. After years of being left undiagnosed, dismissed, and financially drained, we strongly do not recommend any fertility clinic in the UK. We blame progressive restrictive government policy as the root cause but the fertility clinics should be honest to there patients what they can & can't do. No compensation even a few hundred pounds was offered to us after spending around £7,500+! Go abroad you won't regret it!

Good communication, have been using care since 2022, always met with compassion and kindness. Open to conversations about protocols to ensure all avenues are being explored, which eventually led to a successful live birth and are returning for a FET. Would always recommend care.
