Can’t thank Care Fertility Nottingham…
We cannot thank Care Fertility Nottingham enough in helping us to achieve our dream of becoming parents. It was not an easy journey, but the support and expertise from them to guide us down the appropriate paths to get over the various obstacles we had in our way led us to finally being parents to a beautiful Daughter in July 2025. There are no words to ever be able to thank everyone at the clinic, in particular Dr Francis who has literally changed our lives forever!

The team at Leeds Care fertility have been amazing from start to our last embryo transfer today.
Whatever the outcome I’m grateful to have been treated by the whole team from the receptionists to my superb consultant Mr Rutherford to all the nurses and specialists - they have been a huge part of my journey and are compassionate, realistic and incredibly professional.

Made our journey a little easier
I initially went with the NHS for my treatment and quickly realised it wasn't going to work. Found out about Care and got an appointment right away. Nurses have been amazing - kind, compassionate, empathetic - are the words that come to mind. We received clear information from initial consultation, right through to scans, egg collection and embryo transfer. Every step was explained and us made to feel at ease. Professional and clean facility. They made our journey that bit easier.

Care fertility Tamworth. From day on me we felt welcomed into the clinic. We had every step of the way and every option explained to us in a thorough and straight forward way. They supported us and updated us at each stage. Every staff member we met made us feel important. We started the process at the end of 2024 and thanks to the thorough individualised care received we welcomed a baby girl in 2025. We truly feel we could not have had such a successful journey had we gone anywhere else. Particularly given it is a small clinic we felt important and valued and we could not recommend it enough. I truly wish everyone receives the care support we did through them.

Wonderful people work here
I just wanted to say the biggest thank you to the incredible team of nurses, healthcare assistants and to our consultant and embryologist who all looked after me and my partner during our egg collection day at Care Fertility London. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such kindness, care, and genuine warmth. Every single member of staff we came across made us feel like more than just patients, we were treated like friends and family, and at the same time they were professional and confident in their jobs.
They were so attentive, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable, calm, and feeling okay, both physically and emotionally. What really stood out was how personable and down-to-earth they were. They took the time to chat with us, make us laugh, and ease any nerves we had with their friendly and reassuring presence.
Their compassion, professionalism, and ability to create such a supportive environment made a big difference in my experience. I’m truly grateful for the care I received – it meant more than I can put into words.

No support for how to administer medications. Just watch a video. Have a question? Read a leaflet. Felt very faceless and detached. When in the clinic they were amazing for the actual procedures but the remote support felt very limited

I honestly cannot thank the entire team at CARE Fertility Northampton enough. From the very first consultation to my embryo transfer, every single person I met was kind, professional, and incredibly supportive.
The nurses, doctors, and reception staff all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and fully informed at every stage. They were patient, reassuring, and genuinely cared about how I was feeling — not just physically, but emotionally too.

2 rounds IVF at Care Manchester
We have had 2 rounds of IVF treatment at Care Manchester. Staff at all levels are so lovely and we really felt looked after. The care recieved does feel personalised and staff are rooting for the best outcome for you. A truly amazing place for fertility support
A truly amazing place for fertility treatment. The staff go above and beyond and show that they truly care. The Salve communication system is brilliant, to informally message or have questions answered, making communication easily accessible. The doctors, nurses and embryologists are so knowledgeable. They're also highly personable, and are able to make you grin from ear to ear even in the most nerve-racking moments! Would highly recommend Care to anybody who is looking for fertility support.
