The product was all leaking and only half of the cleanser was left in both the bottles. Very bad customer service. Asked so many questions to prove it despite sending them photo evidence

I needed a specific Urban Decay primer that isn't sold in Israel. I ordered one at a time (to avoid the $75 maximum tax add-on) and the first one arrived within four days, the second within 3 days. Top marks for prompt delivery, in Israel anything that comes within 2 weeks is good, within one week is amazing, and this was even less than a week! However, the reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 stars, is that my primer came with a "10% off your next order if you take a photo of the product, post it on social media and enjoy your reward" . Which I did, and have yet to hear about my reward. It did not materialize with my second order. But besides that, full marks for speed of delivery.

my delivery was late and there wasnt a delivery status update for like a month. I ordered 3 old spice deodorants and one of the three was an entirely different scent to the one i selected.

The additional customs and handling charges were not disclosed during the purchase process and were only requested upon delivery. These unexpected fees ended up being almost as much as the product itself, making the overall cost unreasonable. Had the full amount been clearly presented at checkout, I would have been able to make an informed purchasing decision. Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in the transparency of your pricing and will not be ordering from your company again.
