The product is good, but the shipping was much slower than expected. I had to wait a long time for my order to arrive. I hope the delivery service can be improved.

Delivery was on time, everything arrived well packaged, and the whole shopping experience was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely order from them again.

I am very disappointed with my experience.

My order was marked as delivered by the postal service, but I never received the parcel. After contacting customer support, I was asked to pay additional shipping costs for a second delivery. I paid, but the second parcel was also marked as delivered and again never arrived to me.

When I contacted customer support again, I was told that I had to investigate the issue myself and that they could only help after confirmation from the postal service.

As a customer, I expected the seller to assist with the delivery investigation and find a solution. Unfortunately, I did not receive the products I paid for and I am still waiting for a proper resolution.

I've been using care to beauty for months now for item I cannot find in Canada for my baby. And it's been a good experience so far

I am very disappointed with my order from Care to Beauty. The L'Oréal hair mask arrived already opened, as the lid was not properly sealed, and some of the product had leaked into the package.
What concerns me even more is that none of the products I received had a safety seal or tamper-evident protection. This made me question the quality and authenticity of the products.
Based on my experience, the overall quality seems poor, and I do not feel confident that the products are original. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this website to others.

great products and gets delivered really quickly! A little expensive-make sure if it is out of the country you order for less than 75 dollars!

Items are not packaged well. A lot of glass bottles (nail gel) put in a box with no protection whatsoever, leaves a lot to be desired. One nail gel base broke and made a mess in the box. When I contacted them they told me I should not have accepted the package and that now it is too late as per their policies. I was not the one accepting the package but the door man so I did not have an option. I had to wipe down all the other items and was left without the gel base.
