First off they will don’t tell you the price of the cars on the lot. 20 mins turned into 5 hours of waiting

It was very difficult to choose a star rating for me, but I'll try to explain why I rated 3 stars. So, I filled out the online application and was pre-approved. When I spoke to a representative over the phone I asked about inventory and with my pre-approval what vehicles I has to choose from, he told me that with my approval it increased my odds and he would do everything he could to make me be able to choose whichever car I wanted. I made the 3 hour drive, and they were pretty disorganized. I waited quite a while to be helped, and then the salesman would pop in and out and disappear, the process took about 3 hours, and I feel he could have spent more time one on one and sped the process up. So it turns out I only had 3 cars to choose from as well, luckily 1 of them worked well for me, it was exactly what I needed, though not what I was looking for so I feel that was misleading as well. The other car I test drove was a joke, the seats were stained gross, it smelled, theres no way I would have made that purchase. So anyways luckily despite the issues I was able to drive off in a nice vehicle that fits my needs, for a nice price, when I was unable to obtain a loan elsewhere. Overall I would do it again, so theres my 3 star review.

Excellent customer service

Just love how the people at carhop talk to their's customer and do what they can to get to our satisfaction. Like the employee alec, I don't if I spell his name right or wrong but he is a very nice guy to talk to and with if any problem was issued.

Our experience with the staff was wonderful very helpful and quick to come up with ideas to remedy the situation. Our sales consultant Friday Richman was quick to find us a car to fit our budget and needs. We love our Dodge Caliber great on gas and runs great! Thank you! For your prompt help in a dire situation!

My sales rep was Matt. He was great to me. He made the process smooth and easy. He gave me all my options and the pros and cons with both. I felt like he had my best interest at heart and wasn't treating me as a sale or for profit.

James was very helpful before and after we left the lot. He made I was comfortable with the chose he made for type of car I was looking for.

To many problems when you get a car and constant back and forth trips tussling with the people to have it fixed. I will Never recommend anyone on a fixed income to buy a car from them cause it's a headache.
