I got my car from CarHop about six…

I got my car from CarHop about six months ago and I have had absolutely no problems with my 2008 Ford Escape. I actually want to get my daughter a car from CarHop too. I truly am thankful for CarHop, I recommend CarHop to anyone with bad credit to get a dependable ride from CarHop.

HAVING 2ND THOUGHTS!!!

My daughter and myself are buying a nice ford explorer from the Greeley office and the reverse went out, so we called them and found out our warranty had expired so we went up there and talked to the manager Stacy and she was great walked out very satisfied we were gonna give the car back because we could not afford the payments and the repairs. when we walked out we ended up keeping the car and Car Hop is getting the problem fixed!!! Wow I could not ask for more help!! We will be telling all of our friends about this and telling them to go see Stacy in Greely!!! A big THANK YOU to all!! OK UPDATE I HAVE HAD TO END UP CALLING SEVERAL TIMES NOW NEVER GET TO TALK TO THE SAME PERSON GET A DIFFERENT STORY EVERYTIME THINKING ABOUT GIVING CAR BACK!!!!!! so far i have talked to Dawn,Susie and Tonya and this whole thing started with talking with Stacy boy the RUN AROUND I AM GETTING makes a person think is it all worth it!!!!

High price vehicles

I believe the program Carhop runs takes advantage of individuals who need help with building their credit. Their vehicles are over priced and their interest rates are high. We attempted to buy a vehicle that had an air bag issue. We were told they would fix the problem so we took the vehicle to their recommended shop. We were told Carhop would cover the diagnostic fee and after the shop did the work to find the issue we get a call from the shop telling us Carhop is refusing to cover the fee and we were responsible. After having to go back and forth between Carhop and the shop and getting nowhere with the repairs and the fee being covered. We made the decision to return the vehicle and continue our search elsewhere.

I have purchased two vehicles from…

I have purchased two vehicles from CarHop. My first vehicle needed a new engine in the first week I had it. It was covered under their in house warranty and was completely free of charge. I did wind up having several issues/complications with the vehicle in the 9 months it was in my possession prior to being totaled. None of those issues were immediately apparent so I don't hold CarHop responsible for the car being a lemon.

My current vehicle I've had for just over a week. It had some lights on in the dash. They sent me to a shop to have them checked out. One part needs to be replaced which they are doing at their expense and one isn't a necessity so neither party is concerned with it malfunctioning. As of right now I'm very pleased with my new purchase and I've always had good service provided by all of the associates I've encountered at CarHop.

The payments are a bit high but when you're in an open bankruptcy, there are only so many opportunities for securing a vehicle. I do like how you pay every two weeks. It helps your account not take a huge hit on a payment and it also greatly reduces the length of your loan as well. I'm thankful to not be carrying a 6 year loan.

Couldn't Be Happier

Really friendly service with assisting me in finding a car that I absolutely fell in love with and they even stayed open late until process was finished! Completely happy with my car as well as the outstanding service I got from Car Hop!

Topeka Kansas beware!!!

Topeka Kansas beware of the warranty. Starter licked up and smoked they dont cover that but claim they cover water pump fuel pump and other enfine components. I was told they would cover it and got it to their warranty shop only to be told they would not cover it. Their rep directed me there with a vehicle that wouldn't start. Of course the shop charged me an arm and a leg otherwise had the Carhop rep said it wasn't covered I would have shopped best price for a Saturn 2005 Relay van. I was captive customer. Of course go in there knowing you will pay 3 times as much for the vehicle. Thats the deal if you have bad credit. I am sure they bought it at auction for 3000 or less and charged me over 8000 plus interest for it. Know that all their cars are rag-a-muffins. Brakes were bad and also has electrical problems. You are buying someone elses problems and these are cash cars. Their buyers are buying low. Just be prepared to get screwed over. Oh by the way i have never been late on a payment and they disabled my car twice because of their accounting error.

Devon at Carhop in St Cloud

Devon was so patient with me. I get real nervous when I make a big purchase. I also tried about every vehicle I could. I took alot of Devons time and he was ok with that. Both Chris and Devon put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Will recommend to friends.

I had a good experience other than…

I had a good experience other than having to wait two days to get a car, which isn't terrible but they didnt tell me that until right before I went to get my deposit, they also called me that following day saying I owed another $100 for my downpayment which I didnt know about so that was a little frustrating and inconvenient but other than that I have no complaints and would honestly recommend them to anybody trying to get a used car fast.
