I bought a car here a year ago and then I traded that in this year for another car and they are so professional and helpful and all around a great place to buy a car! I've referred a friend here and she got a car here as well so I will refer people here is they are looking for a good place to buy one!

It was a good decent looking car running good people were friendly bald tires. They said it passed inspection but the vehicle says the tires are bad. My daughter really needed to vehicle though so that's what they got. But bald tires.

It was much easier then I expected. Thought car shopping would be stressful. It wasn't 😉 the 2 men that I dealt with were very helpful

I have always had great experiences with carhop, you can always get a good deal even if you don't have very much income, the employees are very nice and do their best to help you as much as they can.

First and foremost i want to just say how great every employee staff is. I was helped by Megan and she is AMAZING! She worked her magic on making sure i left with a car SAME DAY even with bad payment history but helped me with a plan for me to stay up to date. I recommend my family/friends if they are ever in need of a GOOD vehicle,GO TO MEGAN❣

Morgan was extremely helpful and friendly during the time I was in the office. I haven't had any issues with the car I got that day!!! I am extremely satisfied!!!

So what started as worse day ever. Turned out pretty great. My truck of almost 20 years died. Worse yet? I have to carshop. My funds were low. So figured I would go look. I met Cursti @ Carhop Sioux city. Not only was it not a bad experience. It was pretty awesome. I told her I don't have any down payment right now. Just trying to find out what to prepare for. Long story short. I found a nice ride with no down payment. She didn't rush me. Answered all my questions. I highly recommend them. Especially Cursti.( hope I spelled that right)

This carhop in Sioux City, IA sucks. How is it you can’t approve someone for financing because of something to do with their Medicare tax. Make it make sense. They wouldn’t even give a reason beyond that. Further more, this is a BHPH place. I do believe that because I wouldn’t show them every single thing that was coming out of my check, they based their decision off that. I do not recommend anybody to go here.

Hi, I bought a car at Carhop in Topeka KS and I traded mine in that I had bought there before I had been emailing Angela the manager about this car because we found out a lot was wrong with it and she basically said there was nothing she could do about it. I was still waiting for the windshield to get fixed after 2 weeks of them saying they were going to fix it. I took it back to her on Wednesday and told her I wanted my car back, that I had paid off and she said no it was going to auction but it was still sitting on the lot. So, I took the car back and told her I didn’t want it as I had to go spend more money to get a different car and she was very rude throughout the whole thing. There were mechanical problems with the car. They never checked the car. She said they only drive it and if they don’t feel something wrong then it’s ok. Never had it checked by a shop when they got it. I have been a customer with them for almost 3 years. I have only dealt with one guy there, but he is gone now and her and the other lady she has there are very rude and unprofessional. This car was not safe, and I found that out after I had my kids in the car. If the boot had finished breaking my kids could have gotten hurt. I want my trade-in back and to be done with this or I will have to take this to court and the BBB.. First, we were waiting on another car for them to get the title and it took 3 weeks before I finally was ready to walk away and go elsewhere and get my deposit back. She put me in this car I think just to shut me up and not give me my deposit or trade-in back. There were mechanical problems with the car. They never checked the car. I have bought car previous to the one I just bought our hop it was dependable and never had no problems with it it was courteous and helpful with everything I needed and I would recommend it to anybody was looking for a dependable car I guarantee you'll be happy with the quality and service that you get from them I can't praise him enough to make you understand that if you're looking for a good car you need to go to CarHop you need financing you need to go to the car they will definitely take care of you you won't have to have to run around the other dealers give you your straight up they give you all the facts and writing all you got to do is pay attention and you will be happy and that you have receive prettiest and helpful information in your drive out of there decent rain vehicle I'm more than happy but you will have to be a judge yourself you have to go in there and they will definitely help you they have a wide number of cars to choose from so if you're looking for a good dependable vehicle or hops place on Clearwater wish you all the best thank you

I had a great experience Noah the sales guy was awesome and got me into a car no problems and g the guy in the back is amazing as well helping me out with a headlight I would recommend to my friends and family to go there

I feel pretty good about my experience with CarHop. It took longer than i had hoped, but Jason stayed late to help me and a hand full of other people get into a car. Unfortunately, the car i chose had some transmission issues, but i was able to trade it for another one a few days later, and so far this one seems solid.

I was nervous when I first arrived but Joe was awesome and made everything super easy.

My experience at carhop was great. Austin Keller was direct but respectful at the same time. He took his time to explain to me what I needed to know. I give Carhop a 95 more stars. I would definitely recommend to my colleagues that Carhop will work with you and get you in a Car as soon as possible. Thank You Carhop and Austin and your Boss.

We were very very happy with all the service we're very happy that Matthew the assistant manager he was very professional during our car sale he got us financed on a 2008 Dodge Grand caravan he's very good at what he does Nicole and everybody else are very very awesome as well and we're very happy with the experience we've had I will refer people if they need a car I will send the car hop
