I spent 1 hour and 40 minutes to get in touch with them.
I spent 1 hour and 40 minutes during 3 phone calls to cancel the insurance with them. They charged me double amount for the insurance comparing with other insurance companies and they never wanted to match the price even stating on their website that they will refund the overpaid amount. This is the worst insurance to contact to. The average time to get them answer your phone call is 25 minutes, aftet that they switch you over to another department and you have to wait another 20 minutes. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM BECAUSE THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO CONTACT THEM THAT PHONE !!!

Carline Direct are the most incompetent insurance company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Beware - they are also known by other names. Take my recommendation - no matter how cheap they are, you must avoid - you will spend far too much of your life chasing around trying to sort out problems that they have caused.
