I made plans to go to my old apartent to transport the furniture. The car didn't unlock. We called customer service and all they could do was to give us another one 5 hours later. This time, the car wasn't even there! I wasted my entire weekend, bunch of money on train tickets, and had to miss work on Monday. The company wouldn't even reimburse me for the train tickets.

The experience was exactly as advertised, everything worked smoothly, and the representatives were very helpful, answering my multiple emails promptly and pleasantly.

Extremely disappointing experience with CarlundCarla. I returned the van in perfect condition and was later accused of causing damage that I neither noticed nor caused. Despite explaining the situation and showing willingness to cooperate, the company insisted on charging me based on unclear automated photos I didn’t even take myself. No fair review process, no transparency, just blame and pressure. I expected more professionalism — I will definitely not rent here again.

ps: reply to the comment of CarlundCarla: The metadata of the return image CarlundCarla is using as “proof,” it clearly shows the file was processed or exported via Photoshop. That means it’s not an original photo. Using processed images to justify a damage claim? That says enough.
ps: the image you refer to as “my own” — the supposed return photo — contains no original EXIF metadata like capture time, GPS coordinates, and device information rather it contains a marker that the file was exported or processed. This is a verifiable technical fact, not an accusation.

Really easy service to use, fair prices. Van was where expected and in great condition. Would use again.

Easy to rent and the price was fair. The vehicle was also in good condition. Loved the whole experience

They offer a bad service under many aspects. Used their vans twice, and I just got more and more disappointed every time.

- Vans are old and in bad conditions.
- Prices are high.
- The booking process is not clear: despite I selected 2 days in the initial phase of the booking, the booking was finalized with only one day booked.
- When I put the wrong fuel in the van they chose to tow and repair it at (my expense) by a mechanic for the total cost of 1400€, while it was instead possible to call a company to suck out the wrong fuel and re-tank directly at the tank station for 400€ (I got a quote).

Simply robbers, I strongly recommend not to book from them.

The process of renting is easy, the vehicle was in top condition (almost brand new). Highly recommend!

Apps works smoothly. Identity and driving license verification was fast. The truck worked perfectly.
There was one issue, where they wanted to charge me because the interior was dirty, but as soon as I told them that it was already dirty before I had stepped in, they cancelled the charge immediately.

Excellent service, the system with the key and the easy booking including the very good written explanation. Everything is online and explained very well step by step.
The price is right and so is the whole package.

I recently rented a transporter for a half day, and the experience was really good. I need help regarding my friend's account activation and the customer service rep was really helpful.
Easily picked up the transporter and dropped it back.

The Idea is great. But the requirements for rent a car by the app without be a member is complicated.
Furthermore, the Foto Selfi concept is not correctly applied because one regular Foto portrait similar to the Driver's license support to work.

Smooth and quick process. They explain everything so well that the contact and burocracy is not necessary. So much better than renting a car in Berlin. 0€ hidden costs.
