The Idea is great. But the requirements for rent a car by the app without be a member is complicated.
Furthermore, the Foto Selfi concept is not correctly applied because one regular Foto portrait similar to the Driver's license support to work.

Everything went smoothly -- vehicle was clean and fine; no hidden costs. I just wish they had warned me that it would take 15 minutes to get started.

CAR was never used, booking was canceled via Website. But no review. Bad service

Smooth and quick process. They explain everything so well that the contact and burocracy is not necessary. So much better than renting a car in Berlin. 0€ hidden costs.

It is the best self drive rental service i have seen in the Germany.as everything is handled online. Process to collect and submit the car is so smooth and uncomplicated. I would surly recommend you to use it.

Horrible experience. They charged me for a service they never provided, because they didn't manage to finish the verification of the documents before the starting time for the booking. When I contacted them for a refund, they rejected and on top they said it was my fault. Absolutely unbelievable...

I attempt to rent a car for couple hours but they didnt confirm my driver licence. I couldn't use their service however they didnt pay back my money. It happened two times. Not customer friendly. They are not trying to help...

So good we were late booking because someone let us down. And they were fantastic the vehicle was arranged without complication and everything was clearly explained 🤩 super

They ask 2000 euros for the repair of a small dent in the trunk door. In the repair estimate, it was stated that the whole back door will be replaced. However, since the vehicles already have many scratches, the repair will probably never be made, and certainly not the whole door will be replaced. They probably earn more with this scam than with the rental itself. I definitely do not recommend.

Perfect service, not expensive and easy to use

They charged me 2000 Euros for a scratch that was barely visible. The problem is the car already had lots of scratches and I was the unfortunate one to get lumped with the entire repair bill of the vehicle. Warning: do not use their services because of their extremely unfair conflict resolution systems.

The bus and rental system was perfect for me. Also booking and finding the bus absolutely no problem.Can recommend to anyone doing small transport.I will definitely book again as everything I expected to happen,did.

I used this service for the first time recently after it was recommended to me by a friend. I didn't think that collecting a vehicle would even be possible, let alone simple without any physical staff/support in place, but I was wrong. It was indeed very easy!.

I had only 1 problem with the service, which was that everything was in German only and me being a non German communicator, struggled with the damage forms etc and some of the online instructions. This lead to some wasted time translating instructions and so on during pickup and drop off.

bad experience they want to have alot of many dur to very small schaden which cost onlt 20 euro they wollen 400 Euro
i will not use this comoany any more again

Complete rubbish customer service like everything else here in Germany. Have no clue what gives the Germans the right to father you while on the phone....terrible.
